Walking distance from shopping plazas and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and their continental breakfast is good. Real eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, yogurt, bagels, different breads, cereal, and an assortment of fruits. Breakfast is served 6am - 9am on Monday thru Friday and 7am - 10am on Saturday and Sundays. Rooms are affordable.The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They will go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. In particular Suzy Pink that provides excellent customer service. The manager Jason Campbell is a great guy as well. Very hard workers there.

Everything about our stay was amazing! If I could give more stars I would. The hospitality that this location showed us during our stay was exceptional! The manager Jason and his crew did everything they could to accommodate us when we had an emergency and had to stay longer than expected. Thank you so much for everything you did for us during our stay. You guys are amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone!

I'm giving this place five stars because it deserves it, I can only imagine how messed up the people that give one star are to give one star on this place, very nice place, quiet looks totally remolded, breakfast very good, really clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful so I do recommend this hotel.

Excellent customer service, start to finish. The entire staff we came in contact with were all super helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. We were moving cross country and this was our last hotel stay and they provided us with a great (pet friendly) room, amenities (breakfast, gym, pool) and wonderful customer service. I found the location to be very convenient with shops, services and restaurants nearby as well as quite. It was a very welcome reprieve from the road and I couldn't have asked for nicer folks to take care of us. I will definitely have friends and family stay here when they visit us! Thank you for a relaxing and stress free stay!

We had only planned on being in Palm Coast from July 6th thru the 9th, but ended up extending it to the 13th so we could continue to explore the area. Updating our stay was easy to do.
The entire staff of this hotel is VERY hard working. The manager Jason seems to be a wonderful asset to this hotel. We saw him behind the front desk, trimming bushes, helping the staff with rooms. It seemed he does a bit of everything. We even ran into him as I tried to open the outside door with my pass key...caught me off guard and we had quite the laugh about it! The entire staff there is so pleasant and eager to help you!
Whatever we needed was tended too!
I cannot comment on the breakfast as we were out and about trying local restaurants.
The pool and seating outside was a true asset on the warm FL days!
We most certainly will be back to the area and will definitely be staying at BW!

Location was convenient. Could use better signage off main road to enter facilities.
But, staff were all very friendly, polite, and asked if we needed any extra assistance.

Excellent, above and beyond help from Jason the GM! I came in with a change of travel plans due to family hospital emergency and needed to use a room at 11 am. This is impossible as hotels are cleaning all rooms at this time (I had been turned away from other hotels already). He listened and specifically moved his staff around to help us as quickly as possible. The room was also super gorgeous, new everything, and very clean. I can’t thank him enough for his true compassion and action!!

I travel a lot for work, I stayed in some sketchy places. I only stayed for one night but it reminded me of my stay at the Hilton in Jacksonville…carpet super clean. Linen smell fresh out the laundry. Bathroom very clean and organized. Bed was comfortable, a very nice desk if you need it. Microwave and fridge hidden away which makes the room look more upscale. Nice lounge chair to seat on while you ride your shoes or…Other than that I think you will have a nice stay.. would I recommend you ask?…Yes I would, enjoy.

(this part is more for the staff who read reviews: The only thing I will like to see when I come back is a small decoration detail in the bathroom like say a small base and flower to make it more like home and this is something that drives me crazy a dirty pool although this pool was not dirty at all !!! I enjoy a nice view to a pool without leafs in the bottom..) thank you.

Staff very accommodating, polite, clean rooms, we travel frequently late check in great. Would be nice to have flexible check out for late night arrivals.

This was the dream team Jason, Bruce, Tyesha, Amber, I'm missing another gentleman's name from the front desk crew. Then Tonya, Susie, and all the housekeeping staff. These people are awesome the place is so clean the atmosphere is homely. I totally enjoyed my two weeks there and will be coming back.

This is the first time doing a review. Our stay was great! Room was clean and smelled nice even in the hallway. The staff was so nice always asking if we needed anything. Breakfast was great with lots to pick from. They were booked and we still had hot water for showers. The bed was comfy and the pillows as well.

Everyone was nice, courteous and attentive! The place was clean and spacious. They had large rooms, big TVs and hot breakfast, also. My only issue was the sink. Near zero water pressure. Trickled. Otherwise, a perfect experience. Highly recommend.

Rooms were clean. Air conditioner worked fine. Jason, the general manager was so helpful. I came to have breakfast, but it was pass the time. However, he went to the kitchen and prepared breakfast before I checked out.

Extremely friendly and thoughtful! We needed to find somewhere to stay late at night and they made the process a breeze. It was very clean inside and all the staff we interacted with were above and beyond nice and accommodating! The breakfast was no joke! They had tons of options with everything you could ever want! It is really close to the beach too! Definitely check them out, you won’t regret it!

Our experience in two words is excellent plus! The suite was spacious, updated, very clean and comfortable. The management and staff were very personable and professional. We will definitely stay there again.

I have stayed in different hotels in Palm Coast and this one was the best. The managers, Jayson and Taysha are amazing people, they treat you like family and always take care of your needs right away. Great breakfast every morning, clean rooms, and the hotel always smells clean.

Very welcoming and courteous staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was a bonus and open till 10am on weekends! This was a great stay for the money spent. Would stay here again if we come back to area.

The room was so clean I was happily surprised! The awesome guy Elijah at the front desk made me feel welcomed to the hotel. His organizational skills were great as he was managing the front alone! Great environment, definitely coming here on my next business trip!
