Knew what I wanted and got really good help from an employee and got what I needed and was in and out in no time.

Great customer service and prices

I love going to this place the only thing I don't like is I always leave with a lot less money than when I went in because they have so much stuff at very affordable price's, being a person who uses many different tools for many different jobs it's hard too get out of there wethout a armload of products! 😀👍

I Love this store, clean, nice employees and really good sales on useful items. They always are ready to help me with a do it yourself project, with some great suggestions.The parking lot is even really clean A good place to buy a flashlight or a tarp to cover your car.

This store was large and well planned. I found the things I was looking for quick. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Awesome selection of tools at amazing prices for this novice DIYer. The customer service was top-notch. They were very helpful and kind. I expect to spend plenty of $ here on tools because I need so much! The savings program is confusing though.

It's difficult to walk in and not spend $100. There is just so many cool things for great prices, that I can't help it. Even if I don't "need" it, I can't pass up the deal. They have some name brands and some cheap tools. If I only need to use a tool occasionally, Harbor Freight is a great place to pick up that tool for cheap. Often times, it's worth a few extra dollars to buy the tool from them than to rent it from a rental place.

I love this place. The prices are right, great deals and sales are always going on. The staff is awesome. If you need tools, this is the place you check first. I just got an 800 dollar rolling tool box for 100 bucks on sale. Don't forget to sign up for the mailed catalog. It just adds on to the value. I don't like being the guy who seems biased to anything, but I really have nothing bad to say about the place.

Great tools at great prices. I'd shop here before I tried Lowe's or home Depot as their prices are usually much cheaper. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. We're lucky to have them in our town.

Well...I bought my husband's whole Christmas there!!!! Kept finding things on all isle's that he would love. Customer service is very nice and their wares are quite nice also. Their tarps are in every suze and we use ours all the time. Great job!!!

Easy in and out had what I needed

For someone on a limited budget this is a big boy's toy store. Now that said the quality of the tools can vary from item to item. Some items will never give you a problem but for say like a 4 inch grinder it may, and did catch fire in a couple months but what did I expect for 14 bucks. For the weekend warrior this is a great place to shop.

The tools are of varying quality but they give you the overall customer ratings right up front, the prices absolutely cannot be beat. I've honestly yet to have anything break that wasn't due to my own stupidity

Well organized, easy to find what I'm looking for, always getting in new tools and supplies that anticipate my needs. One of my "go-to" places. A Harbor Freight Predator 9000 has been the electricity on the farm for 7 months. It's not a Honda powered genset and you can hear the difference but the Predator engine is holding up reliably to 12-15 hours of daily use.
