Ordered half turkey and half potato soup ans coffee. I love the fresh coffee here. This place is much better than the one in my home town of Cambridge

Amazing on point delicious food and and even better Staff!! My server Starr gave me the very best service I've ever had!! Thank you SO much for making my families breakfast truly exceptional!!

The staff should know presentation of food is important...I had mashed potatoes and ham...the potatoes were crusty. They didn't taste up to standards...usually they are creamy. Bob Evans needs to change their menu...add chili and vegetable soup...they only have potato and chicken noodles.

Depending on what I order the food is not always the greatest but always have great service. My tipping always depends on my server. I can't remember her name but she was so sweet and quick.

I was actually impressed. It was like a step back in time to what Bob Evans used to be. It was clean, everyone was friendly, attentive and the food was good. Alot of healthy options on the menu.

The food here is delicious and I love eating here. The wait her is decently short given how busy it usually is. Employees are always so kind and helpful. Plenty of options for people with allergies and employees are always willing to make substitutions and changes to make sure you’re always happy. Overall, great experience, would visit again.

I tried the new honey butter chicken. It was pretty good. The service was great. It wasn't too busy. The price was good too.

Excellent food and service. Our server, Ella, always came to the table with a pleasant disposition and acted as if it was her pleasure to have us dining at the restaurant. She was timely but not overbearing. Many servers at 5 star restaurants could learn some lessons from her. I asked to speak with the manager on duty to complement her and the manager was equally as pleasant and wonderful to deal with.

So our waitress was new as she told us when we walked in with a party of 12 - she knocked service out of the park! Was on our request!!! And then I was super impressed when John came out of the kitchen to mingle amongst us and show his appreciation for our business! The food was good, prices were good and their fresh fruit was in season and ripe- That’s hard to find! So Thank you Bob Evans!!!

Wonderful service and really great food. They even knew how to make basted eggs! Food was out super quick and we were able to get back on the road within a half an hour. The staff was super friendly and even helped us in a pinch when our car had an issue. If you need a good place to eat, definately this Bob Evans is the best breakfast in the area.

Quiet place to sit down with family and have a nice hot meal. It definitely tastes like home cooked food! Everything was perfect. The portions were great. At least for a person who eats a portion just below normal. I couldn't finish all mine, so I got a couple of boxes to go. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I am a dialysis patient, so I have to follow a renal diet. Even though she didn't really know what that was, she was happy to help me. The diet is new to me, too . Between her and Google and my family, we got it figured out (lol), and everything was perfect!
We even purchased a stuffed Easter Bunny for the new baby in our family! It was priced very reasonably and so cute. It was stuffed with lavender, and you could heat it in the microwave to soothe babygirl with the warmth and scent. Def will return when we are back in the area.

Good food, fast and friendly service

Manager Chris McHenry is to be commended for great customer service. He should teach classes. So impressed with how he handled a situation with a small carry out item.

Great experience, good service, fast food order, take and delicious food

Extremely clean and family friendly atmosphere, prime location in close proximity to the areas premier hotels..just off the highway, and all the wonderful establishments and events of downtown Zanesville. Top notch service, and bang for your buck food and refreshments... not to mention a great place to grab a souvenier if you are just visiting... or if you are new to the area... bring home a fantastic spread. I'm of the personal opinion they have the best coffee in town.

We had a bus of 52 people. We gave an hour heads up and all of us had a nice meal in less than an hour. The staff and management did an exemplary job!

This is the first time that we have eaten at this location and it was a very pleasant experience. We will be back many more times
