Came into the store with my husband and daughter to get her an upgrade Ryan greeted us with a smile and helped us perfectly. even walked out with a phone for myself. Mention i always wanted a watch but have had nothing but a bad experience with them through relatives not being able to send a receive text. he ensured us it would work. Although we left the store and still he couldn’t get it to work he ensured us that when we came back he’d have it figured out bcuz he knew you could perform the task I was asking bcuz he has the same watch. around 1030 at night i receive a text that he’s figured it out and will make sure we’re all set when we bring our trade in back in. The fact Ryan went above and beyond after hours to ensure his customers are pleased speaks volumes.

Let me begin by saying this was my first time buying a phone in a long time. I usually put this off because I hate going through the sales process. However, one day the time had come for me to get a new phone. I was hesitant at first, but that was until a salesman named Wayne Cade offered to help me out. He was a joy to talk to and didn’t pressure me into buying anything! He walked me through multiple different options in detail until I decided on a phone I wanted. The entire experience was seamless and I love my new phone. If you need a phone, talk to Wayne!!

My phone randomly started acting up to where I was not able to use it whatsoever. I am constantly on my phone for work, so I had to get the situation resolved quickly. I went to this store in the mall and Emily Hill helped me. She was great and knew exactly what needed to be done. We ran into some issues that a different Verizon location rep had created a month prior. After almost three hours, all the issues were resolved, and I walked away with a working phone and a happy customer. I seriously cannot thank Emily Hill enough for being so great and understanding that I needed a working phone ASAP, and that I was not willing to pay for some things that I had no control over. She was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her and all the other workers within that store. So friendly, understanding and helpful!

Kayla did a fantastic job assisting my elderly Mother change phones and set up her account in her name since her husband passed several years ago. I think she did an excellent job.

Brandon helped me add another line to my account for a phone for my mom. He was very pleasant and helpful during this process. It made my transaction so much easier. I would recommend him to others in the future.

I had Holly help me when I decided to get a new phone and all I can say is that she was incredible. She was very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful/informative. She even reached out to me a few days later to check in to see how I was adjusting/liking my new phone and if I had had any problems or anything like that. I will forever continue to go to this Verizon because they are the nicest and most helpful by far. I little far of a drive for me, but 100% worth it!
