Hours need to be updated on their website and on Google, but staff was nice and got me my pick up item after the doors were closed and locked (still has customers in the store)

Both salespeople waited on me, they found the charm I was looking for and since I was having such a great time and the girls kept showing me new charms, I kept shopping and bought 2 more. Nice store, great salespeople!

Friendly staff, clean store, I actually really like Tuttle even though it's dying unfortunately.

Many people visit this store for Valentine’s Day, but not so often is it an anniversary and Valentine’s Day all in one. Despite the challenges of the environment surrounding this store, they maintain a solid business and personable customer experience. The most anyone can expect out of what should be an exciting fun experience- buying something thoughtful for someone you love.

My girlfriend was in to replace a friendship ring that she thought that she had lost, after selecting its exact replacement and another ring she found it in the bottom of her purse as Peggy R completed the purchase. Even though the were final offerings, Peggy let her exchange the duplicate ring and was helpful and understanding the whole time. If she is there look her up and you won't be disappointed

I've been in there almost every year to get my sister a charm for her bracelet. It's usually a painless process, and the ladies that work in there are very helpful. I'll definitely be back there around Christmastime every year.

This is my go to place for all Pandora beads for my wife. They may not be the largest store, but they have a huge selection to choose from. The staff is awesome and will even try bracelets on if they have similar wrist sizes that you're looking for (trust me, that was a life saver)

Took the wife to get a birthday gift. The service received from Bill was excellent. He was professional, courteous and relatable.

My husband has been spoiling me for years with pandora. This is his go to place because everyone is so kind and helpful. For mother's day he took our two sons in there and everyone was very nice and engaging to our kids. Even when our two year old got ants in his pants.
