Just an excellent experience brainstorming for what's a small job - but a kitchen backsplash can make or break the entire room! Drew was super helpful in discussing options, design, overall "look". Selection was great, and I felt anything but rushed. Box stores are good for certain things, but not this product. Bill was also great to talk with - sometimes you can walk out of a place with just a few samples and know that you don't need to shop anywhere else. This was one of those occasions. Guess I'm a little old fashioned - experience makes a difference. I would highly recommend this business - and I also talked on the phone with Melissa yesterday, who was personable as well. Easiest 5 star rating I've ever given!

Great selection and knowledgable staff. Everything was ready to go within a few days after I walked in ! Patrick has a great eye for color and selected the right tile that blended beautifully together with the countertop sample I brought in. He was very attentive, thorough and followed up several times while placing my order.

Wow, everyone at Genrose Stone and Tile was super helpful with getting me tile and grout for a small kitchen job last month. They even gave me recommendations for people to lay the tile. Great product and customer service. I will definitely use them again and tell my friends.

In the days of waiting around for projects to be completed I have to say , I’ve been kept abreast on every step of the way(10wks back order and not sure if they were going to make the tile again). Folks have to understand most of the tile is imported and with shipping and fees everything has gone up. Jules and staff have met and exceeded expectations. Repeat customer for life. We all

Amy Somerville, Design Consultant at Galleria Stone (Pembroke NH) was AMAZING! She quickly learned about our style and efficiently pulled together a bathroom design down to the paint color that we are over the moon about. As someone who agonizes over decisions (especially those with a price tag attached), in one hour we walked out with a finished design that was UNDER budget! [And she accomplished most of this while also holding the baby so we could look around!].

Just an absolutely phenomenal crew at New Hampshire Tile. They are all personable and very reasonable. No complaints about their service ever and have great prices. Family run and absolutely my favorite place to go whenever I get creative with my new home.
