I am general contracting my new home. I have done this in the past, but I have never worked with pre-stressed concrete planks. I decited I wanted a workshop under my 2 car garage. I contacted Newstress and ultimately ordered 4 concrete panels that would be the floor of my 24 by 28 garage with an 8 foot workshop under the garage. the photo attatched shows the planks from Newstress, I will now have the 4 inch finish floors poured on the planks.
From my first phone call until the planks were installed, Newstress was friendly, very helpful and professional.
Their engineers answered my questions, Kim who answers the phone and emails always got me to the right people.

Newstress helped us save money on steel by engineering self supporting planks. Their product was also less expensive than a nearby competitor.
