I have been having difficult sourcing parts for my bike. I had an answer in 24 hours on parts, and cost. Bill, was the rep I spoke with and he did an amazing job. Even though I am not in his area I will be working with him for parts from now on.

This place is awsome, we had a great experience with Bill. He was kind and courteous which equaled professional. He almost always answered the phone and If He wasn't able to answer the the phone he was very prompt in returning my call. The trail master mini xrx is the best machine we've bought for our kids. My 5 1/2 yr old son loves it and loves giving his kid sister rides all day. The pedals and seat are both adjustable which will give many years of enjoyment. We've only had 2 issues with the machine. 1st is it likes to foul plugs, guessing I need to adjust the carb a bit. Maybe running a little rich. 2nd is the throttle cable snapped by the foot pedal. I talked to Bill and he's shipping the parts right to my door. I don't mind wrenching on it with my son as it gives us some good bonding time. I'm very happy with TC West Motorsports and will recommend it to everyone. 😀

Stopped in and ordered a pink buggy go kart for my little girl and can't wait to pick it up. Alot of hesitant people out there regarding these Chinese labeled little motor sport toys. This guy is legit and I do believe he would stand behind what claims with fixing, parts and warranty related work. This is my 2nd item purchasing from this location. Will be buying a 3rd very soon. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a inexpensive toy for their child with a almost guarantee of most of your money back when you go to sell when your child out grows their toy.

Great experience. Great little 4 wheelers. Went with the Coolster 125s. Bill was able to come through for me on a short suspense request for two 4-wheelers. Only advice or negative thing To say would be for customers to double check all bolts and lock washers.

Would definitely buy again from Bill.

Purchased a Coolster 125cc XR8 from Bill for my 8 year old. Bill was very easy and nice to work with. Just bought a apollo rxf 200 free ride. Bike is very quality made. A+++ product.
Bike was already tested before it was shipped from factory so it started and ran perfect when i got it.

We have to give a shout out to Bill and TC West! We called him on a Wednesday after calling around everywhere we could think of for a week looking for a 110 for our sons 3rd birthday. Bill happened to have some still in the box! Our sons birthday was on the coming Saturday and Bill called me at 730 Thursday night to let me know the atv was ready to go!
We can't say enough thank yous! We had one excited little boy!
