River House Kitchen + Drinks

Happened into River House Kitchen and Drinks and happily arrived on $10.99 Burger night. There were specials but my dinner mate and I both ordered off the menu. The Horseradish burger is going to haunt me for awhile! Delicious with a wonderful unique horsey sauce on the side. I ordered the waffle fries for $2 extra and they were worth it although the French fries were also very tasty. We both had waters but were tempted by the Ultimate Bloody. We kept it straight. Dinner partner went for the Hangover—burger with egg. He was a clean plater. Clean. Cheery and warm interior. Emma was our friendly and efficient waitstaff. Definitely worth a pop in!

Food was great, highly recommend the Chicken Waffles with country gravy!! It was incredible. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy!! Super clean place as well!! Will definitely stop in again!

The apple pecan salad with chicken was awesome. Nice happy employees nice clean place very well run thank you.

The server checked for beverages right away, as people were seated. Brought the beverages out right away, too. The appetizer came out quickly. Spinach and artichoke dip was warm and yummy. Chips and bread slices were perfect, too. She took our orders after we had time to look at the menu. The food was great. Orders were all correct. Steaks, salmon, and walleye were cooked properly, and everything looked great. Steamed asparagus was perfectly tender-crisp and well buttered. Refills on beverages were offered, and delivered quickly. Our plates were discretely cleared as people finished. We were all too full for dessert, but the choices looked amazing. If we didn't have a birthday cake waiting for us at home, we would have ordered at least a couple of desserts.

What an ambitious new addition to Hutchinson! The building was rebuilt very well and the food is amazing! The cheese curds are delicious! My Cajun Chicken entree was spectacular, the chicken is so good with the chorizo and crispy seasoned potatoes! My wife really enjoyed the blackened chicken alfredo as well. We will definitely be coming back for more!

We went here for my birthday and we had all around good experience. Good food, good service, new up to date/ clean location. I'm excited to check out the roof top patio next summer.

Another phenomenal experience! We dine here weekly and have always had fantastic food and service. Must try the Cajun chicken, PB & J Burger for lunch/dinner. You cant go wrong with Lemon ricotta pancakes or the chorizo breakfast bowl - if you can, try it with the Cajun cream sauce.

Enjoyed a great dinner at River House. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and was amazing. Ray was super helpful and made a great Sidecar also! Can't wait to go back and try something else!

Amazing stuffed French toasts with fresh blueberries and strawberries and whipped cream top notch

As a long time fan of the Hutch Cafe I was so happy to see that this had opened! Started off with a bloody Mary. It was very good and well garnished. I had the French toast and my wife had a breakfast bowl. Both were excellent. Attentive and friendly staff make this a must try in Hutchinson! Looking forward to trying one of their dinner entrees.

Was driving thru Hutchinson on a work trip. We decided to stop at The River House to check it out. The food was great, and our server Faith was fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant.

First time was amazing! The menu seams varied enough, lots of good options, as well as relevant specials. The Ultimate bloody Mary was one the best I've ever had, even the cheese, olive and meat stick it comes with were delicious. We got two different pasta entrees that were awesome. Staff were perfectly attentive but it was kind of slow. The carrot cake was very good, reminded me of something homemade with nuts and actual carrots.

The restrooms (and the rest of the place) were extremely clean and good smelling.

We just moved to Minnesota today and River House was the first restaurant my fiance and I decided to try. We are SOOO glad we did! River House is AMAZING! Our server, Sara, was phenomenal! And every staff member we met there (especially Monica) was super friendly too. The food was SOOOO delicious too! We will definitely be going back there to try all the other things on the menu that we didn't get to try today. Thank you to everyone who works at River House for giving us a wonderful dining experience and a friendly welcome to town this afternoon!

We stopped in as we were going through Hutchinson. Food was great! Clearly homemade hollandaise sauce and pancakes were perfect! Priced affordably!

Loved the atmosphere! Very clean and well kept. Super cute bathrooms!

The staff was prompt, kind and professional! Highly recommend!

Food and service were fantastic! Steak was cooked perfectly and the Bourbon sauce on the Salmon was absolutely amazing!! We saw Pete Lee's show at the comedy club upstairs which is a great venue. You won't find a more intimate setting for a show anywhere.

My hubby and I are in town for a weekend getaway, and we decided to come to the Kitchen. What a great choice. The app we had was the portabella mushroom. The sauce was awesome. Both of our meals , bourbon salmon and ribeye were tasty and cooked perfect
Service was very attentive. Just waiting for the band to start. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!*****

Second vist here and will definitely not be our last! Our server was Brittany S and she is amazing! My daughter said to give them 6 stars and if you can get her to eat, you're worth the extra star! I had the triple bacon burger and took a mushroom and Swiss to go. Asked for a couple requests to the to go order and they went above and beyond what I requested! Keep up the great work!!

We had a wonderful dinner on Sat. We’re greeted with smiles, & seated upstairs , via the elevator. All the staff was very pleasant & informative .Bailey was our server , very friendly, made some suggestions on food& drinks. Everything was first class, the food was Excellent , the drinks were very good ,the whole atmosphere was comfortable & pleasing . This will definitely be our favorite for breakfast , dinner or a quiet drink on the deck ! Everyone should enjoy it. !!!

Great burgers and the fish and shrimp tacos are superb.
