Friendly and super helpful staff! They had everything I needed at reasonable prices. Two younger gentlemen were working that day, and I was surprised at their politeness and knowledge! They even helped me out when I was about to purchase the wrong thing! I bet Home Depot wouldn’t do that. ;)

Purchased paint. Very nice and helpful staff. Very nice store.

Placed an order online for pickup. Young man greeted me at the door and asked how he could help me. He got me order and he also carried it to my car. Ace Hardware in Hutchinson MN has THE best customer service.

Always easy to shop there. Fast friendly, efficient. Thats why they are the only true "mom and pop" hardware store left in Hutchinson. I've known Dave for over forty years. I am amazed (and jealous) of the staff he has.

When I had a retail business, I couldn't find help half that good!

I needed a part for my water heater and they just happened to have it, I had to drive over an hour to get it but the employees at the Hutchinson Ace Hardware were kind enough to stick around a little after closing so I could purchase the part!

Anytime I walk in, I'm greeted and asked if I need help. From seasoning for my Traeger, freshly mixed paint, or anything I might need for my projects, this is my preferred stop.

They have wonderful service! They carry quality paint. I bought a color of paint that I wasn’t happy with when I started painting on my fireplace. Custom color is not returnable so I asked them if they could adjust the color. They were happy to! They put color in my paint, shook it and dried a sample four different times to get it right. I could tell they genuinely wanted me to be happy with it. I really appreciated their effort and I ended up loving the paint.

This store is the best. It has everything and anything you could ever want. Even Uhaul trucks to rent, which what we came there for.

You don't know what you have in a store like Ace in Hutch until have no choices but the big box stores! Have always had great service and many times the only place in town to find the part you need !!!

I've shopped here multiple times and it has always been a great experience, but today was extra amazing. I rented a uhaul to move out of state and was on a very tight schedule. They answered all my questions and had my uhaul ready. Thank you to the staff at Ace!

Best place around to get keys done! The staff and owner are friendly and helpful and every key I've ever had cut there, be it their house keys or a car key have been amazing. Well worth a few extra dollars vs. Walmart keys, because they always work!

Rented a trailer from the U-haul at this location. The owner was on site (Sunday) and he helped w the trailer and went through step by step on use and securing the car to the trailer. Very comprehensive and kind. Thank you so much for great service. 🚗
