Edible Arrangements

The was fresh and it was ready on time! I will order again. Very good service and very polite. The only problem was the on line app which gave me a free 5 dollar item and still charged me, the lady at the desk tell me “I will have to come in to get the free item”. The company need to fix this!!!

Love this location! They always deliver a smile to my recipients, wishing them happy birthday when they do the drop off. Very lovely people working there.

From the ease of placing an order, to the friendly customer service… I was presented with this Visually Edible Beauty. Fresh fruit, yummy chocolate, couldn’t of asked for more.

I had great customer service today from a gentleman that do deliveries but he also picked up the phone later that day. I really wish I knew his name but he was great a black guy maybe in his 50’s.

This store has phenomenal customer service! My experience in ordering from Al was excellent! He was extremely patient as I was undecided on what to order. He was courteous and considerate and helped me order just the right gift! I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends!

My daughter really enjoyed her basket. The arrangement was beautiful and the fruit was very fresh and delicious. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very professional and pleasant. They even delivered during our recent polar vortex! I'm definitely using this service again and highly recommend them!

Very pleased with service. Placed order on line and then called to confirm. Young lady who answered was polite, pleasant and informed. She assumed me arrangement would be delivered that evening and it was.

If looking for a suggestion for improvement, it would be great if a photo could be taken of the actual arrangement to be delivered and then sent to email provided when it was ordered. Would be a nice touch.

My delivery came sooner than I expected, especially because I order the same day. The fruit was fresh, juicy and delicious as usual. I never have any complaints about this place. As a last minute or first minute gift you can’t go wrong!!!

I called to place my order and was greeted by a happy and cheerful rep. She helped me out a lot, she had several different ideas for what i was looking for. I felt very comfortable ordering what ever she suggested to me no matter the cost but she also understood that i was looking to keep the cost low. She did not make me feel rushed, she was very patient with my uncertain decisions and she even offered some of her personal experiences to help me decide my order. I will be ordering more "Just because" gifts because of her attention to me and my needs.

March 2018: I ordered again from this location, and they impressed me again! I had them deliver an arrangement to my wife at one of the downtown office buildings. The delivery man texted me around 2pm letting me know that he couldn’t get in touch with my wife nor could he leave it with the reception desk. After a few additional attempts, he cordially offered to drive the arrangement, after his route ended, to our house 20 miles north! That’s uncommon service sir...! Within 10 minutes I ended up getting a phone call from my wife. I reached back out and he was able to turn around and make the delivery at the office without resorting to the after hours delivery. Thanks again. Repeat customer on board.

Original review: I ordered from the 8-mile location to deliver to downtown DTE office. The gentleman who picked up the phone confirmed that their site provided delivery to downtown Detroit, but I placed the order online to leverage some online promotions. The arrangement was delivered professionally before noon. I found it to be a practical and creative anniversary gift.

I ordered a arrangement for Mothers Day. It was awful. They gave me chopped fruit. I callthenext day and spoke with an employee who promised to replace the platter in one week. Well well they did so and the replacement looks like the pictured platter. Thank you so much for honoring your work with the replacement. Good job.

Our organization purchased a bereavement arrangement for one of our co workers whose brother recently passed away. It was a very difficult time for our dear friend and we wanted to show our condolences; after many several attempts to deliver to the recipient ,the arrangement was fresh and beautiful. The manager at the store went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend the 8 mile store in Detroit.

I love this place. The lady was so nice to us, and very helpful. It’s extremely clean and they already have edibles made. My favorite fruit are the strawberries, and the strawberries were huge here. I loved them and would get some more from here again.

I called around ten in the morning and asked could my order be delivered by 4 pm. They said they could not make any promises but they would try. My order was delivered around 2:00pm! They did a wonderful job and I am thankful for their service.

Perfect. The woman that helped me was dope. She had me in and out as fast as she humanly could while remaining professional dealing with the mass confusion and frustration of the mothers day rush.

I purchase often at the Woodward/8mi location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Orders fresh and delicious every time which is why I frequent there. 5 stars.☆☆☆☆☆ keep up the good work.

I can honestly say that I've truly enjoyed the products that Edible Arrangements have. I bought a box of chocolate covered strawberries for my boyfriend because he had accomplished a great feat. He truly enjoyed them. Also bought an arrangement for my Aunt for mothers' Day who is the last of our Matriach in our family and she was so delighted. After that I've been back at least twice a week to buy Chocolate covered strawberries with Pastachios as a treat to myself. I figure this was my indulgence. I really enjoy the service from Marsha and Daniel at the Gateway location on W. 8 Mile and Woodward. They will always have my business. Thank you Edible for a product so great, Sue Page.

My experience was exceptional I was surprised at the quality of the fruit and chocolate. If you are looking for great gift ideas this is a good place to start, I made 3 orders in 1 week.

The ease of ordering and the delivery of the arrangement was no problem. But as I visited my aunt last month in Detroit; I was disappointed with the receptacle the arrangement came in. I expected more of a keepsake. T turned out to be an unattractive plastic container. Even with the smaller arrangements; I have seen nicer ceramic mugs. This was an almost a $100 dollar arrangement.
