If I ever needed a collision shop while in Marquette I would definitely use them again. I hit a deer, my car ended up being totaled. They had prompt customer service and easily worked with my insurance. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful, empathetic and professional. Great customer service!

Extremely happy with the work that was done, my truck looked great! It was done fast and efficiently. They were very helpful with dealing with my insurance company. The went out of there way to make sure it all worked out the best for me. Very accommodating and friendly. I was able to get a loaner car, and when I had trouble with that one they gave me another to use! I cant say enough good things about Classic Auto Collision!

We've had to bring our Subaru here twice this year, both times for complex repairs. Both times they did a great job on the car, and provided a loaner vehicle to fill the gap since it is our only car. They're always patient with our queries and accomodating to our requests. The front desk staff is courteous and professional and gets questions answered accurately and quickly. I have had my vehicle repaired at Classic Auto Collision on multiple occasions, as well as having my vehicle detailed. It is always top notch work, and the staff is fantastic! I have used Classic Auto Collision multiple times for accident damage, custom part installation and even motorcycle painting and have never been disappointed. Jen Kinney and her staff are the best. Their rates are always super competitive, actually lower than other shops, and they have always completed my work in the time frame and cost they quoted me. I do not know of a better auto body shop in the Marquette area.

Gerber Collision and Glass was incredible after our recent accident. We are not from the area and ended up stuck in Marquette until our car could be fixed. The employees went above and beyond by provided housing and entertainment recommendations. They were all incredibly friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

I brought my truck into Classic Auto after an accident that nearly totaled it. While there were some delays along the way (with the insurance company, shortage on parts, etc) Classic Auto was constantly giving me updates. They were open and honest about any issues that were encountered. They gave me a vehicle to drive the entire time mine was in the shop, which other repair shops could not promise me. On top of all this, they fully detailed and cleaned my truck before returning it and gave me a certificate for a future cleaning. I cannot thank Heather or Classic Auto enough for helping get my truck back on the road after I thought all was lost. Would highly recommend them to friends and family. If 10 stars was an option, that would be my choice.

We have had our vehicles at classic auto in Mqt 3 times now! Twice for details and once for body work. Each experience was exceptional. Friendly customer service, quality work. The inside of my husbands truck looks brand new! We have 2 dogs that shed - so it is hard to get the dog hair out, but classic auto manages to get it done. Highly reccomend and will be back.

Classic Auto Collision it the best! My car was hit in a hit and run and needed some front end repair. Classic Auto got me am appointment, worked with my insurance, and went above and beyond to get the job done. My car was finished good as new in a couple days. The office staff is always so helpful and accommodating. They are always professional and do a very nice job detailing. Excellent work when a turkey went through the windshield of our car.
