Staybridge Suites Marquette, an IHG Hotel

This Hotel has the friendliest staff. They are so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are so clean, the workout room was a decent size, and the laundry room where washing is free has plenty of washers and dryers. They also have garage parking, which I love that they do. It snowed so much, so I was grateful that it was garaged.

Friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. Great atmosphere and very clean. Breakfast was good as well. Plenty of delicious options to choose from.

I am traveler for work all around the world hundreds of days a year and am a frequent supported of IHG hotels and other brands for my use while on the road. But when we get the time to vacation in northern Michigan and we aren't camping this is the place to stay. we have stayed for mutiple long weekend / extended stays and have found this a great home base that's comfortable and convenient for all our needs while out of town! The staff is unbeatable, and the quality of the stay is unmatched. We will continue to come back !!! Thanks stay bridge Marquette.

My family ( myself, boyfriend and our two kids ) stayed here for about 5 days and we’re sad to leave! Such an amazing experience staying here! Beds were comfy, free laundry to guests was so helpful, especially with kids. My boyfriend was happy to see a gym as well! Breakfast was amazing every single morning! Staff was very friendly! Love the pantry room where you’re able to get snacks! Our room was 1 king bed and a pull out couch. The kitchen was beyond helpful. Dishes and dish washer! We Will absolutely be staying here again when we visit Marquette! Thanks for the awesome experience!!

This is my second year staying here and it's worth the small increase in price over the cheap places. The rooms are excellent with very comfortable beds. The free bag of popcorn is a great touch.
The counter staff are incredibly quick at check in while explaining all the info on parking and breakfast and other amenities.
The continental breakfast has some waffles, mini omelettes, and other nice touches. They have an outdoor patio area as well with a fire pit if you'd like.

Was very happy with my stay here. Staff is very friendly and accommodating (even let me park my bicycle in my room overnight). Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet - the two key ingredients for a good nights sleep.
It’s a bit of a different model with some guests apparently there for a longer term but this didn’t affect the quality of my stay so I would whole heartedly recommend.

Nicely maintained hotel with easy access to the downtown, shopping, and Lake Superior! We stayed for our daughters graduation from NMU , worked out very well!

What a beautiful hotel! Everything from the lobby to the rooms were so clean. The staff is so helpful and always had a smile on. Marisa who checked our 3 rooms in was the most happy and easy to talk to and ask questions. She really started off or stay in a great way. Thnk you!

I wish I could give this hotel more stars! These days you don’t find great customer service and hospitality. From the time of check in to check out there is consistency. You are always greeted by staff. While it’s your standard hotel eggs, what makes up for it is the social hour and small details. I think truly the best coffee pot coffee. It doesn’t taste water downed! They are so prompt and helpful in responding to you if there is something you need. Had troubles with the printer business center and the young lady at the front desk tried so long to get it to work. They always made sure I got a snack pack and said good morning. Rooms were very! clean and stocked. Spacey fitness room. Thank you for your business!!

Had an amazing time here. Friendly staff checking in and friendly staff serving the buffet in the morning. They had a nice little apartment style room, with a mini kitchen and a nice couch. The breakfast was excellent, and it was free! Definitely had some options for being continental. If I ever come back to the area, I will be staying here.

Our stay was amazing! Excellent facility, the staff was amazing, very friendly, and helpful. Rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean. Very spacious rooms with kitchenette! Breakfasts were delicious with a nice selection of hot/cold foods & drink. Hotel was very quiet. Our room was right off the elevator and there was no noise! Pet friendly! Nice location with easy access and underground parking. Great area with so much to do year round! Highly recommended a stay here if you're in the area.

We stayed here as my partner had a business meeting in Marquette. The hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and super huge! It's a great location and not far from Lake Superior. The lobby has plenty of seating area to relax and have breakfast. There is also a gym onsite. The staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My coworkers have been staying here a couple nights a week while in town and I joined them for dinner tonight. They have beautiful patio/deck area with seating and 2 large gas grills. My coworker grilled perfect steaks on them.
The lobby is beautiful, cleaning and HUUUUGE. The front desk person working was super friendly, helpful and nice to talk to. The room my coworker stayed in was gorgeous! I love a nice clean, modern decor but the homey feel was wonderful! Small but totally complete kitchen. Dishes, fridge, and a dishwasher. The frosted glass cabinets were perfect for making the smaller space feel more open. We had a fantastic visit tonight and I even think I might plan a little staycation soon and THIS is going to be the place! 12 out of 10!

Highly recommend 👌 Way beyond my highest expectations. Very accommodating for us and our dog. Breakfast was fantastic. Complete Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed a great stay here. Upon check in, Grant, the gentleman at the front desk was polite and accommodating. We mentioned having teenagers with us and he upgraded our room so they had more space...apparently I had done our reservations incorrectly. Our room was clean, well kept, and cozy. Breakfast and nightly snacks were an awesome added bonus. Our showers came stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was a nice perk. I forgot my blanket I had brought, upon check out the front desk tried to call me, when I didn't answer a gentleman actually tracked us down to the parking garage to return it. My only complaint was the in room coffee wasn't good, but I can be picky on that so I don't hold it against the hotel.
Since some of our kids live in the area, we will be back!!

My last review here was over 4 years ago so time to update. There are not enough good things to say about the Staybridge in Marquette. Rooms are great and very clean. The entire staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a great stay. Food is always great. Underground parking in the winter is wonderful. The gas grills on the porch and the lobby with the fireplace just tops off the whole hotel experience. This is the place for which all extended stay hotels should be measured against.

All the rooms were wonderful. Everything was clean. They took social distancing, masks, and disinfecting seriously and I felt safe being in a hotel the first time since the start of the pandemic. Food was decent for breakfast even with the limited menu. The beds were comfortable, location was great, even an awesome outdoor patio area with a gas fire pit and lots of comfort seating to relax and have a drink or some food you bring back. I'd be more than happy to stay again.

The best Hotel of its class. I travel for work and this has been the best hospitality I received at a hotel. Free hot breakfast with fresh cut fruit daily. Monday thru Wednesday for a Manager Special they provide appetizers and two free drinks per an adult guest. Our room was very clean and the hotel is located in a nice area conviently located right next to the new hospital. Its also located in the center of everything Marquette has to offer. Just a walk from lake superior and beautiful downtown Marquette. Not to mention the kindest staff who have went out of their way to accommodate all my needs. With a special thanks to Kate. I highly recommend this hotel rather it's for leisure, work, or extended stays.
