Grinding front brakes and thought at this time of year it would take a while to get in but Scott got us in within 2 days - he communicated everything clearly and included pictures - so nice to deal with someone that cares about the work they do - very reasonable cost - I would highly recommend The Brake Doctor !!! Scott was super helpful as my brakes were having a problem and I was up from the Port Huron area. It was a Saturday with the business closing early but he offered to stay and get the job done so I could get back home in time to catch a flight. Scott is absolutely the best. I bring my car to him when I have brake problems. I recently had some work done and still encountered some of the same problems. I called Scott and he got me right in. He was puzzled the same issues were happening and checked things out. He checked his work he had previously done and was able to replace parts under warranty. He replaced previous brakes that were put on by someone else. I was so impressed by his tenacity to get to the bottom of the problem. Needless to say, he fixed my brakes and I no longer have a problem. I appreciate everything he has done and I have never felt that he overcharged me. In fact, I had to convince him to charge me for his time when he wasn’t going to. As a woman coming into a business, I never felt taken advantage of. I highly recommend The Brake Doctor.

Scott is an excellent communicator and business owner. Put me on cancellation list and promptly called me in next day when an opening ocurred. He diagnosed/replaced my wheel bearing which solved my ABS ESP BAS issue within 90 minutes which was perfect to go get lunch in the meantime. All of this at an affordable rate and assured me he had parts in stock prior to booking. Very highly recommended!

Scott was absolutely incredibe- Very honest and communicative. He got my vehicle in quickly, called me with a description of what the issues were, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. When I picked my vehicle up he showed me photos of what he had found and the work he did to repair my rotors and brakes. He went above and beyond and repaired my hubs so that I wouldn't have to buy news ones and so that the problems wouldn't persist. HIGHLY recommend. Will be suggesting to others. I called The Brake Doctor after hearing some grinding in my front brakes. Scott was able to get me in the very next day. After looking at my car he realized that the caliper pins were seized. He was able to get them free and working correctly again and I was on my way. He was honest with me and told me I didn't need new brake pads like I originally had thought. I only ended up paying $68 for the one hour of labor. Very fair and very honest. Highly recommend.

Bring your vehicle here. Got me in earlier than scheduled, received a notification that my vehicle was out & ready to be picked up earlier than the estimated time. I was shown my rotor and what was causing some shuddering and wasn't a simple transaction and off I went. Went above and beyond instead of just replacing the brakes & rotors. Did some extra coating with no extra cost so my parts stay healthy for longer.

I believe the owner installed a hitch on my Equinox and did a damn good job at it. Pricing is very reasonable and it was well put together. Very respectable and honest place, will be returning for more work soon.

WOW! I am very impressed with the quality of service given to my brakes, the quick repair, and the friendliness of this man! One of my brake pads simply came off as I was driving and with a road trip approaching in two days, he scheduled an appointment for me over the weekend and fixed my brakes at a very affordable price.

I was in a huge hurry to see my mom downstate. Every other place would only see me till the weekend. I noticed a grinding noise on my back tires, and Scott looked at them right away.
