CVS Pharmacy

I've always gotten outstanding customer service at this pharmacy. Caring, kind, helpful, competent staff.

Great staff, always helps me out as quick as they can and are ready to answer any questions or concerns I may have. The staff are always very friendly with me and make sure I am completely taken care of before leaving the store. The refill perks are always a nice plus as well.

This is, hands-down, the greatest pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered. Erin is legendary, Ruffa is iconic, and all of the pharmacy techs are wonderful. They are all so helpful and thorough, even when I have dumb questions.

I mourn the day I move away/change insurances.

I keep meaning to transfer my scripts to a pharmacy closer to my home, but push it off every month.
Every time I come in to pick up my next month’s script I’m met with friendly staff, who seem to truly care and take the time to remember you.
I love the text alerts that say when my order is done, and how prompt they are at the counter.
Long story short- this is why I drive an extra 30 minutes to come to this pharmacy.

Good prices and they will get the medication you ask for if you want a particular name brand or type. Also they are the only place that counts the day you pick up your medication as the 1st day

Excruciating phone menu. Used to be fairly reliable in filling prescriptions, but lately things been a hassle and the wait times bad enough that I changed pharmacies.

I have been a loyal customer at target/CVS pharmacy for many years. Today there was a mixup with one of my medications and I was unable to get it due to lack of communication and flat out lies on behalf of the pharmacy!!!!!!!

It's Friday and now I will have to wait in pain because some incompetent pharmacist... my business will be going elsewhere and so will my families!!

I feel the pharmacy only deserves a half star- quite frankly less,

On a positive- Erin the pharmacist is great. The other one is on some sort of sick power trip and should be fired!! I'm taking my complaint all the way to corporate!
