I'm thrilled with my experience here! As a first-time half marathoner, I've been on the hunt for the perfect running shoes during my training. The staff has been exceptional; they've allowed me to exchange my shoes twice already until I found the right fit. It's clear they genuinely prioritize my comfort and satisfaction. From now on, this is the only place I'll purchase my running shoes!

WOW!!! We went to every store that sold shoes and this place is by far the best. The service here was absolutely amazing! My husband and I came in looking for a pair of shoes for him to wear on our honeymoon in Northern Europe and the team there went right into action to help us. Immediately they found a pair for my husband in his size and colors he was looking for and they helped him into his shoes. The employees there were incredible to work with and made the environment so welcoming!! We will be coming back here for all of our shoe needs from now on! 100000/10 ⭐

Outstanding service! Paige was incredibly nice and thorough! She offered a wide array of options and explained the benefits of each brand. With her assistance, I found the ideal running shoe and am super excited! Highly recommend!!

John Thompson is awesome! He's literally been fitting me for shoes since I was a kid & never gets it wrong. I'm so grateful for his experience & knowledge! The staff & selection is great. They also do SO much for the kids in our community. Happy to support QCR!

My family has been loyal "Very Happy" customers for 3 generations with the Kevin (Owner) & John Thompson (His Dad). They have the best shoes in town and know more about feet than anyone in the region, including the doctors.

Beyond having the best shoes in town, they are a cornerstone in the community and have been for generations. From collecting Christmas toys for the kids that would have otherwise gone without to sponsoring countless local teams and events.

Every athlete in town knows John is the best play-by-play high school commentator in the town's history!!!

The best place to buy shoes ever! Staff was super friendly and patient at making sure myself and daughter got the right shoe for us! I wasn't crazy about the color of Hoka's they had in stock for me so they ordered me what I liked. Very clean store and amazing service. Love that they carry Hoka's!

A great place to go for running shoes in Marquette! Their staff carry a wealth of knowledge about running, training, and the endurance athlete. They have running groups and do lots of events throughout the year to participate in the community. In their store, they carry a wide variety of items related to running, from shirts, hats and glasses to foam rollers and CLIF bars. Kevin, John, Sloan and the rest of the staff are a class act! No hesitations about recommending QCRC!

I absolutely love the shoes and the service at QCRC. I went in to get a new pair of Hokas today and they didn't have the style I like in my size. No big deal - they were able to order them. About an hour after I got home, Paige called to let me know that a pair in the size and style I ordered had arrived in a shipment they received today. I picked them up and love them.

Went into Queen City Running Company looking for a good pair of hiking boots. I do think this store will be my favorite shoe store from now on. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and came up with just what I was looking for. Only issue i have is that they do not handle all types of shoes, so dress and work boots will have to come from somewhere else, too bad because I really like the way I was treated here.

My first trip to Queen City Running Co was amazing. I was able to give them a couple sentences on my stride and feet and they narrowed it down to a few pairs of shoes. They had a lot of tips and tricks for trying on the shoes to find the ones that felt the best for me and I left with some shoes that feel great and I'm excited to get running in. Overall, an amazing experience!

Best service out there. Drove an hour and a half to get there and left with the perfect shoes for my needs. Staff was friendly to both myself and the other patron trying on shoes. Just make sure you say something if a pair of shoes doesn't feel right, they will gladly help you get the right pair.

Every time we come to Marquette we end up here at least once (usually more like 3-4 times). There is such a great selection of shoes and the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely a must visit for anyone needing running or walking shoes or apparel.

While not a runner myself, I will ALWAYS support Queen City for running shoes. The staff is so knowledgeable with foot issues and finding the right shoe and insert to help your feet feel better. My husband and I have been so impressed by all of the staff.

I'm so glad that I came here! I really needed a new pair of insoles for my shoes. Paige was very polite and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. And within minutes she set me up with a pair of insoles that worked just right. This was definitely the smoothest footwear buying experience that I've ever had! Easy five stars!

First shoe and apparel store that seems to actually care about their customers, has a variety of products, spends time with customers making sure to find exact fit. Prices are comparable to other stores but when you get someone to help who actually helps.. that's worth it every time.

We love shopping for shoes at this store. We have purchased multiple pairs of shoes from this store. The owner really cares about the quality of his products and the satisfaction of his customers. We will purchase more shoes from this store.

I had the pleasure of visiting with Kevin and John on Wednesday morning. I had recommended Queen City to a friend and I brought her up to buy a pair of shoes (Jeanne loves her new shoes!). I have been buying my shoes from the guys for years. Kevin said he would check into a pair of shoes that I was currently wearing to see if he could get a good price on them. Of course, he managed to get a great deal for me and left me a message Wednesday afternoon. I called him back Thursday morning and said he should order them for me. Friday morning my dog and I were sitting on the sofa having a cup of tea, I heard a knock on the door and the USPS lady had a package for me.... It was my shoes!!! Queen City Running is better than Amazon Prime!!! I had to call Kevin up!!! This is a true story Queen City Running is the BEST!!!

Anything less than 5 star's would be a disservice.

Walked in looking for a specific brand and vague ideas of what I needed for a shoe and not only got recommendations, got one-on-one service, advice, a great style of shoe and fantastic help.

They know what they are doing, know how to help you, and have a great selection of shoes!

I rarely buy shoes but if I do Im going back there.

Very helpful staff with finding a new pair of running shoes. They took the time to examine my foot and stride and find a shoe that met my needs. Prices were very fair too. They will be my go to place for rubbing shoes in the future.
