HIGHLY recommend Ross. I was in such a time crunch for a pre-approval letter and he got it done for me in a matter of hours, while other banks took weeks to even return my call. You can tell he genuinely wants to help you out.

I'm closing my account tomorrow for this bank. I have had an account with them for 8 years, and I'm fed up with having issues. I woke up this morning missing $569.90 out of my account. This is not fraud, other than maybe on their part. They say it is due to their servers. I called and he could not explain to me why it has happened. But that it has happened twice in the last week. Their app crashes all the time. This kind of thing happens all the time. If you are reading this trying to decide if you want to have an account with them DO NOT DO IT!!!! I would give a 0 star if I could!!!

Website says open. It is a Saturday 8:38 am. Door locked. Website needs to be updated so customers know when they can go to bank.

Always make sure your money never leaves your sight and they count it in front of you. I learned that lesson the hard way (although this was when it was mBank).
