There’s not enough stars in the world to properly rate the staff here. The dentists and staff are incredibly qualified for any basic cleaning or repairs and have helped me with all of that too- but when it comes to specialty work and help I could never have imagined better service.

The first 2/3 of my life was rough and I ended up with really bad teeth. Many were broken, I was always in pain and I was ashamed to smile and taught myself to without showing my teeth. I was nervous to even start the process of fixing them because its a long road and comes with its share of anxiety. The staff here is nothing short of supportive, never judgmental, ask questions because they have a genuine interest in you and your goals and will go out of their way to help you meet them.

This review may not strike a chord in everyone- but if you’re like me and need help with bigger issues- I can now smile happily and feel confident with how I look thanks to them. This is the place for you. I’m not even anxious to go anymore, I enjoy it and have gotten to personally know these lovely people and feel very fortunate for them!

Thanks to the Secretaries, hygienist and Mrs Schetter. You all are so awesome and go out of your way thanks for everything you do I really appreciate it. I was very nervous about getting a crown but you assured me everything would be good and you’s were absolutely right. I’ll definitely spread the word about how awesome you all are. Just simply outstanding!

I definitely had the most enjoyable dental care experience I’ve ever had at this office. Between the massage chair and pillow, along with the clear and direct communication about everything from comfort to finances, I felt very comfortable relieving care here. Im excited for my next visits

I've been receiving dental care here for 25 years and I really appreciate the team they have. The staff know your name and seem genuinely happy to see you. They are professional, personable and have worked with my insurance and budget to do what works best for me. I highly recommend Dental Associates!

Just switched to Dental Associates after not having dental care the past couple years. I was nervous/anxious about being seen, but they were very welcoming and easy to deal with. Had to have a filling and the process was fully described to me and completely painless/hassle free. Great job to their team and Dr Taylor! I highly recommend!!!!

I've been a patient of Dental Associates since I was a child, the staff is always very accommodating, understanding and helpful. The dentists I've seen there are amazing, very quick and efficient. And shout out to Sue the hygienist for being a wonderful person and excellent at her job. I don't like getting my teeth cleaned and she goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable! I highly recommend them :)

I think that Dental Associates does an excellent job of keeping everyone safe. I’ve been going there for so many years that I feel like I am going to see family, especially the employees that have been there for a longer time. My hygienist does a great job and we enjoy catching up on our families while she is working on my teeth...

I chipped my tooth on a Friday night on a holiday weekend. It wasn't horrible or in pain so emergency was not necessary. I called and left them a message so I wouldn't forget to call, and they called me first thing when they opened and got me in there that same day! Fixed my tooth, it looks better than it did before! Free of charge, and they were all very nice. They are a great team at Dental Associates, everyone is so knowledgeable there.

I’ve been with this dental office for over 30 years and have never had as much as a moments worth of difficulty. Top-notch professionals. Every single one who works in that office regardless of the position they hold is a top-notch professional and just being there and listening to the ambient noise gives one the feeling of a happy place.

Great services as always. I was seen on time (no waiting), the hygienist (Sue) was friendly, professional, and thorough. My brief time with Dr. McGovern was perfect. A thorough exam and he gave me the A-OK for another six months. I highly recommend Dental Associates.

Our family has been coming to Dental Associates of Marquette for years. We have seen Dentists retire and new ones taking over the practice. There has never been a change in the level of excellent service we have received from the Dentists, Hygienists, and other staff, excellent, quality, caring. I have been going to Dental Associates of Marquette for many years and they are like family to me. They always make me feel welcomed and their employees are pleasant and professional. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they have adapted and improved their safety protocols and I felt very safe during my procedure. I would recommend Dental Associates for your dental care.

Dental Associates gave me great service. I cracked my tooth two days before a flight out of town and they got me in right away to repair until I could get back to have a permanent cap put on. All my other semi-annual checkups have gone well. I never have to wait more that 5 minutes from the time I arrive. The staff and dental assistants are all very professional.

I have gone to Dental Associates for more than 20 years. Always friendly, always professional. And when I had an emergency, they got me in within two hours of my phone call. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

After being gone for a long time, it was nice to see familiar faces. Everyone is so friendly, it makes you feel very welcome there. The Dr. and assistant took over and put a plan in effect and I felt better after , knowing they have started to correct my problem and we have a plan.

I was able to get an appointment quickly to fix a small chip in a front tooth. Dr. McGovern and his assistant did a great job. I didn’t need any Novocain and it only took about 30 minutes. It was also an endearing side note to hear that Dr. McGovern had fondly remembered spending some time working with my father in the early 90s who was a dentist in Munising.

I have been a patient of Dental Associates for many, many years. When I first came to them, I had a difficult problem with tarter despite 6 month check ups. Since then I have had very little problem. I have seen how they constantly update equipment and provide for staff attending updating their skills They are friendly, caring and professional. I am 83 years old. They have helped me keep my teeth!

The receptionist, Gail, is always super friendly and helpful and Connie, the hygienist is the same...we've enjoyed the small town status of the office in Munising...sorry you're not coming here any more. Thankfully we haven't had to use the dentist himself very often, but no problem there. Had to see Dr. McGovern once in Marquette when a temporary crown came loose and I was leaving town the next day...they got me in in the morning before my flight and it all worked out great!
