Very impressed, for a small lot they had the best selection, if you want an SUV, check them out first. Beautiful vehicles, well kept, low miles. We were well taken care of, treated respectfully and not pushed. Tim was an absolute joy to work with, very personable, great sense of humor and a willingness to go beyond the sale.

The service team at Jon's Auto is fantastic. My AC was completely dead. They got me in right away and the service was great. They have an texting service to let you know when the car is done and you can conveniently view your invoice and pay right from your phone. AC is now blowing ice cold. A+ service. I will be back!

I had a great experience buying a new, used vehicle at Jon's Auto. Everyone there I spoke with was nice and helpful. All of my calls and messages were returned in a timely manner. They worked hard and got me into a nice, reliable vehicle that I love. Tim even took the time to show me how all the "new" features inside the vehicle worked, which I appreciated. I live 7 hours away and stopped into a local shop. They were booked out 2 weeks so I couldn’t get my car fixed there. They recommended Jon’s Repair Shop and the guys there were super nice and friendly. They took me in right away, hoisted up my car and saw the break in my exhaust pipe. Took photos of it for me and gave me a recommendation for another local shop that could get me in right away to patch up the pipe. Thank you so much for your help!

Just tried them for the first time for a repair on my 22 year old vehicle. They are reasonable and honest. If you need your vehicle repaired in Marquette then give these guys a try and you likely will Not be disappointed

Good selection, great customer service made buying car easy

Terrific experience! Never heard of Jon's before but read the reviews from the many happy customers --and now we are two of them! Tim Lutey did an excellent job of educating my wife and me about everything we should consider --even stuff we hadn't thought of before -- without any pressure to buy. After we bought our car (which we like very much) we returned it for a small problem. Although this issue wasn't covered under the warranty, they fixed it at no charge. Co-owner Mike also spent about an hour with me setting up our in-car Wi-Fi system and teaching me to use the navigation system, etc. We couldn't be more pleased with the product and service we received at Jon's Auto Sales. We've putchased our last three vehicles from Mike at Jon's Auto. We get great personality while being well taken care of and love the available 100k mile warranty. We recently purchased a Highlander and already drove 3,000 miles, and again have no issues with our vehicle! For a great buying experience and a great driving experience buy from Jon's; they know great customer service! Car buying at Jon's really is easier than my son's homework!

These people are awesome. Bought a Ram pickup truck and Tim assisted us with the purchase. They treat you like they know your family. I would recommend these people to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle. The entire crew is topnotch. I'd give them an A+

Had a roadside breakdown while traveling and this shop jumped in and helped me in a big time of need. They had availability, were friendly on the phone, understood the urgency of my problem, and knocked out the repair quickly at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Just got a great car and great service at a great price. The process was easy from beginning to end. Mike went above and beyond helping us find the right one and even ordered a new fob and used the parts to fix the one that was functional but missing some pieces. It was easy to see they care about offering quality vehicles.

Everyone I talked to said they were great and now I will too! Tim made it an excellent experience! He was able to find better loan terms and a more fair trade in value than I was finding on my own. They take all the hassle out of the experience and make it about finding the right car for you.
