UP Medical Group - Pediatrics

Absolutely love all the staff in this office. My daughter is now 1 and we have been to many appointments both milestone ones and unexpected ones as things come up. I love that you can reach a pediatrician on call anytime to see what the best steps are in non emergent cases. I have also now used their Saturday walk in peds clinic which I like much better than going to a normal urgent care. Service is always respectful and considerate of your time.

My 18 mo old daughter wound up getting really sick on Sunday night. We called the on-call pediatrician- who was Dr. Nelson - was told she was paged and we would get a call back. Never did.

Monday morning I called the office and explained we didn’t get a call back from Dr Nelson and asked if I could get some guidance on my daughters symptoms. Receptionist said she would talk with providers and give me a call back that day. Never heard back.

This was super disappointing as I’ve had nothing but good experiences with their office up until now. I really like the pediatric care my daughter has received but it seems like there is some sort of lack in communication amongst staff.
