The staff was quick and friendly. Got coffee, hot chocolate and any other drink pop teas beer wine and anything that has alcohol in it. Also they have many options in food donuts chips candy and so on.

Herb was so helpful when I had a dead battery! Sold me a pair of jumper cables and was so friendly.

Best BP in the USA, workers are always ready to go and helpful. Thank y’all for everything 🙏🏽

I’ve been to this gas station multiple times and they just hired someone new, and he keeps hitting on my friends and I and probably does it to other people as well. He makes me and my friends feel extremely uncomfortable, if you’re a young adult or an older teenager don’t go inside unless you want some old guy hitting on you. I’ve never had someone working make me feel so uncomfortable, up until now I hadn’t had a problem with the workers at this gas station.

Poor customer experience, would encourage people to shop elsewhere.

I bought a propane tank from this BP that failed in 2 weeks due to a faulty seal. I brought it back to replace it, but was told without a receipt that nothing could be done and I would have to pay full exchange price. This is a terrible customer practice, it was obviously more than half full and had a visible fault on the connection.

I was even more perplexed and disappointed when I was not offered a receipt when I paid for the replacement tank

Every time I walk in the manager is yelling at another employee.. has tanked since this past October honestly… very sad to watch.

What a joke! Everything is either unmarked or $1-$2 more than anywhere else. I asked the attendant about pricing, and he agreed that prices were intentionally not marked and over-priced.

Do your damn job and scan ID's, quit being lazy, not my fault you look 35 at 20 something, no need to make it personal.

5.00 minimum charge for a debit card! Get with times. I swore off BP after their disastrous oil spill but reluctantly went in because it was the only thing available. I won’t be back again...

Cashier doesn’t know how to wear a mask. It goes over the nose not under it.

Lacking in customer service for the price. Just had an experience there that will keep me from ever returning.
