Jennifer Cosco from Select Realty in Marquette is an exceptional realtor. We purchased a new home quite unexpectedly and needed to sell our current home quickly. After doing some research on area realtors, we contacted Jennifer who set up a meeting with us in a very timely manner. Jennifer was not only very efficient in getting our house on the market, but was also so helpful with advice and ideas for getting us ready to move, as well as the dos and don’ts while your house is on the market. The professional photos she had taken of the house as well as videos were exceptional, and I feel brought in more potential buyers. About a year ago, we bought another house impromptu and had to sell our house fast. To make matters worse, it was a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. I searched the web, found the three highest rated Marquette realtors, and texted them all. Only Jennifer Cosco replied promptly. At that time, I did not realize how lucky we were that she was the one that responded.

I asked Jen to help me as a buyers agent while I was nearly 500 miles away from my target market. Jen is very good at her job and I felt like finding this home would not have been possible without her. Even in the booming housing market currently she did her best to take care of me before, during and even after the deal was closed. To start, she worked very hard to add listings that fit my specific criteria. She walked the homes and sent me video of everything requested when I was many hours away.
