I’m very pleased with Trophy Wood floors. When Dan came out for the estimate, he so helpful with helping me decide on the wood and explained the difference of some of the woods. Also, the workers were helpful with moving my furniture and even came out on Sunday to help which isn’t normally done., They were polite and gave input on how to care for my floor. I highly recommend them

They did NOT fix what was supposed to be done. Then wanted an extra $6000. Our family has been though enough & they are not good for their work. A filing will be done. DO NOT DO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY

I just spent 3 hours hand sanding the floor where my refrigerator was. We had Trophy refinish our kitchen hardwood floor 3 years ago. They never moved the refrigerator and sanded up to it. Left puddles of polyurethane all aound it.They promised to come and fix it as soon as they could fit us in. Never heard another thing from them. Would not recommend them ever!word word

Delivery drivers ignore construction signs when driving and try to skip ahead in line instead of merging when they should have. Then honk at cars who followed the construction signs and merged correctly. Learn to drive idiots. You don’t own the road and you arent cutting ahead of me when I followed the law and you didnt.
