We had a custom sauna installation in our townhome done by Swick Home Services. From beginning to end the process was seamless and timely and the craftsmanship excellent. Peter the estimator is extremely knowledgeable, proactive and patient, ensuring that all possibilities were explored so that we could get the maximum space and maintain our convenience. Our builder/installation team, led by Dean and his assistant Cory were present for all on-site planning meetings, which ensured no misunderstandings. When the work started, nearly to the day it was predicted 2 months prior at planning through to the final day(3weeks on site- right on target!), Dean was excellent and proactive in his communications, anticipating questions and ensuring our understanding of the goals for the day. Both he and Cory were courteous and always patient with our questions. The results exceeded our expectations. Wow! We can't say enough about Swick Home Services! "Quick, call Swick!"

Its been a long time since I have experienced customer service at this level. Peter is extremely well educated, conscientious, respectful and easy to work with. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time from showroom to follow through after install. Troy, our installer was top notch! Personable and prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He did a wonderful install on our gas fireplace. These two guys are top notch and I recommend them highly! It was a pleasure working with them both.

By far the BEST experience ever!! I love these guys--wish they'd just move in! But seriously, Mike Hillier rocks!! He doesn't miss a beat...totally dialed into my project and all the work happening from day to day! The guys...Darren, Ethan, Andrew, Connor, Danny, Brandon, and a few more that I'm missing...they feel like family! The quality of their workmanship, their kindness, knowledge, expertise...immeasurable!! I'm beyond grateful for all the work to install my new tankless water heater, furnace, water lines, drain lines, duct work and then put everything back together in my home!! I highly recommend them!! Extremely happy customer here!!

Danny provided us with excellent service. He replaced a faucet in out kitchen sink with attention to details, no mess and extreme satisifaction. I would recommend him to anyone needing his skills.

Dylan and Steve, and the many other guys (sorry I didn’t catch their names!), were beyond helpful, professional, diligent and knowledgeable throughout our entire custom home build process. In addition to that, Dylan took the time out of his afternoon/evening, much after his normal shift hours, to make sure our cooktop (that arrived late) was installed on our move-in day. We have been incredibly thankful for the Swick team - they have made our dream home a realty! Thank you thank you thank you!

Peter was kind, informative, and responsive during the decision-making process. Troy and Johnathan did an excellent job with installation— they were all very friendly, efficient, and professional!

It’s a bummer the tile pad was not the correct size, but I’m grateful they installed it anyway for us to enjoy in the meantime until the right size comes in. With all the supply chain and covid issues, there are bound to be mistakes, mixups, and delays with product orders. They problem-solved well!

Great, friendly Service!
We haven’t had our pool heater serviced in a long time, it needed a thorough inspection, cleaning and overhaul. Bruce and Ella were able to clean out all the mouse house material and replace a part. It’s heating beautifully! He’s also looking into some other parts we’ll be needing. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great Service! Thank you so much!

Absolutely awesome! Wayne came out and within just a few minutes diagnosed the problem with my AC unit at my restaurant. Very professional, polite, knows exactly what he's doing. I highly recommend.

Swick gets the job done. They sent Travis to fix our heater and he did so quickly, cleanly, and completely. Travis was friendly, professional, and thorough. He was a great representative for Swick Hime Services.

Swick saved the day! We had worked with another vendor who had installed a wood stove which had many code violations and was very unsafe. We contacted Swick and Bruce came out to give us a quote and immediately we felt we were in good hands. Troy and Jay did a fabulous job with the installation and were very conscientious about everything from cleaning up, explaining everything they were doing, and making sure we were all comfortable during the install. I would highly recommend them!

Had bathroom remodeled and they did an awesome job. Dean and Devon was great and very professional plus tips on other things that needed to be addressed in the near future.

Have used Swick for years. The service people are always professional and take the time to explain what the problem is and what steps they will take to fix it. I have never had an experience with Swick that made me feel uneasy. When they leave you always feel good that the problem is fixed. The entire company from mangers, receptionist, service dept and owner have always been professional and respectful. Another plus is the company does a lot for homeless animals! Highly recommended.

We have a new condo in Marquette that needed attention. Our new plumber from Swick is John. What a pleasant and knowledgeable technician he is. He was courteous, efficient, clean, offered good suggestions and answered all of my questions. For any plumbing / HVAC issues, Swick and John is the way to go. Very impressed.

I appreciated that Swicks was able to set up a definite appointment for my furnace winsorization. Three other HVAC could only put me on a list with no guarantee of when or if. The morning of my appointment, which did have a four hour time span, I appreciated a call mid-morning to let me know when to expect the tech and another when she was on her way. Swicks also gave me a set price for the service as opposed to an open-ended per hour price. The service tech was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. And the Gold Star service, which I'm now entitled to for the next year, gives me a sense that Swicks has me covered should a heating problem arise. In short, Swicks was professional and responsive. Much appreciated.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Swick on my homes needs. We've had other contractors out to our home several times for the same issues and could never get them resolved. We've now only had to call Swick 1 time for each issue and it was resolved so quickly and professionally! We are extremely happy and 100% satisfied with Swicks courteous customer support, the quickness of their scheduling and handling of our situation and also the price was very fair. We will be lifetime gold star members in this household from this day forward!

We had to have estimates on a furnace and hotwater tank. We were given several options for both appliances. He provided input on them all. Had suggestions on how to save money and how the newer appliances are more efficient

Travis checked my furnace, cleaned it, new filter. Then he checked gas line to newly installed gas stove, found leak and cleaned up gas connections. He was so professional and helpful. He marked all my gas line shut off valves so I know where they are if I need to shut off gas. I feel very safe in my new home!!

I am writing this review because of the recent experience I had with Swick with a purchase and install of a propane fireplace insert. For starters I commend Swick for being reliable and not pulling any punches or unwelcome surprises. They delivered what they promised, from the start right down to the finish including estimate, order, delivery and install. Very professional from beginning to end. Also the install technicians did an excellent job and were extremely conscientious about their work and the finished installment of the fireplace. Thanks Swick!
