Lakeshore did a great job tuning up my mountain bike. They upgrade the shifters and derailleur and got me what I need for another biking season. I highly recommend them!

My tires were a little low and I didn’t have my pump, on top of that my handle bars were offset and I stopped by the shop and asked them if they could help me out. No questions asked they filled my tires up and set my handle bars straight free of charge. I didn’t even purchase my bike from these guys and they were willing to help me out without even flinching. I really appreciated it!

The guys at Lakeshore were very helpful in servicing my bike. I dropped it off to have my front fork looked at. After looking the bike over they called me to let me know I could also fix a few other things to keep the bike running smoothly. They were upfront with pricing and all options of work I could/should have done. Overall, I appreciated the call to ask about other concerns they saw. It saved me on paying for extra labor costs of issues I’d soon be back in the shop for. Great staff and helpful shop!

Excellent service and value. I bought my first full suspension trail bike here last Spring and have been maintaining it here ever since. They pay great attention to detail and provide me options for upgrades and service. I never feel pressured into paying for something I don’t need. Shout out to Zack for all his hard work.

Dropped my bike for for service and it felt brand new after. Also, my girlfriend was looking at buying a bike and the salesman talked to her instead of to me and didn't make her feel like an idiot. Sounds simple but it's big in my book. Great bike shop with great selection.

I've been here 3 times and have been helped by 3 different employees, all of which were very helpful and friendly. They got my bike, which I purchased elsewhere, back on the road again after she needed repairs and a tune up. I also love that they're located right on the bike path, very convenient!

My family has been getting bikes at Lakeshore since my brother and I were kids in the early 90’s - now my husband and I get our bikes and kid’s bikes there. Knowledgeable staff (that treat you like a person!) and fast turn around for service. Definitely make them your first stop for bikes and gear when you come to Marquette!

Got me in and out in no time on short notice with two flat tires. (One tubeless and one w a tube) They even had a wheel on clearance they recommended saving me some money. Jacob was informative and personal. Grateful to have a bike shop like this in Marquette!

The staff are top notch. They explained the different features of the various models and let try them out before my purchase. I bought the Specialized Como 3 and love it.
