Marquette Pediatric Dentistry PC

My sons absolutely love going to this dental office (they actually get excited for their upcoming appointments). The staff go through great lengths to make the experience fun and prevent the usual dentist fears that so many children experience. It does not look like a typical dentist office- lots of toys, fun decorations and the staff dress in themed scrubs. There is a huge treasure chest with rewards for the kids to pick from and that is very motivating and exciting for them. Dr Erica is very gentle, sweet and patient. I highly recommend this office to everyone with children.

We drive several hours to see Marquette Pediatric Dentistry. My daughter actually enjoys going to the dentist and has had a lot of issues with her teeth. They always make us feel comfortable and answer all of our questions. The staff are exceptional!

We took our 15 month old here for the first time and we absolutely loved it! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the second we walked in the door. Dr.Erika was SO amazing with our daughter and she answered every question we had! All around an amazing environment for kids

Absolutely wonderful experience. We arrived early for our appointment and they were running a little behind. Not a problem, they have a terrific play area for kids to enjoy during their wait.

The staff is all very friendly and accommodating. Dr Erika does a great job of making the little ones feel comfortable.

During check out, they offered me a gift card to Meijer as an apology for the wait. I’m so happy we take our daughter here, professional level customer experience

The UP is very lucky to have Marquette Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Erika! We drive several hours to appointments there because they are just the best. Dr. Erika is so competent, knowledgeable and great with kids. Every person we have interacted with there has been SO kind and helpful. The icing on the cake is how fun and cozy the waiting room is. Our kids actually look forward to going to the dentist now!!

This is my first child and this was his very first dentist visit, so of course I was very unsure of what was about to happen. We walked in and were greeted by very friendly staff and my son had the best time with the trucks while we waited for our turn. We had a great experience with the assistants who were going over history and even interacted with my son while he was living his best life playing with the tractors (his favorite). Dr. Erika was so great and very friendly. I've veen brushing my sons teeth for a while, so he's kinda aware of what to expect and not like. He did surprisingly well and fussed a little but overall was not aa horrible as I expected at 18 months. I'm looking forward to our next visit in December.

This is the best pediatric dentistry that my family has ever been to. Everything is child oriented, from the waiting room to the restroom, to the operating rooms.
Dr. Erica Tyler is the most caring dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She cares deeply for every young patient she tends to and ensures that they all have a pleasant time and remain comfortable. The staff are caring and sweet and are always available to assist parents with whatever they need- even bringing cups of coffee to you in the waiting area.
Dr. Erika takes the time to speak with parents, address all of their concerns, offers her opinions and then works with parents to create a plan for whatever treatment the parents and child are comfortable with.
The staff uses positive reinforcement to help the children respond positively to each new process or procedure.
My children- ages 5 and 2 both had an amazing time and left the practice excited for their next appointment.
I will never take my kids to any other dentist and have already referred several family members and friends to this practice.
You will not regret bringing your kids here.

After struggling to find answers, accommodations, and resources for my son over the last 3+ years, I found Dr. Erika Tyler and her staff to be absolute Godsends! My son has ADHD, SPD, and is on the waiting list for an autism screening. Marquette Pediatric Dentistry is the first place I have gone where I don't feel like he's being treated as if there is something wrong with him! I was in tears as I pulled away because I was so elated that he got treated so well and enjoyed his time there. Every interaction was a positive one. They made me feel relaxed and talked to me about all the options we had to meet my son's needs. They are flexible; they arm you with all the information you need to make a decision for your child's health. The entire staff is awesome. The place is warm and friendly - not like most doctor's offices. I only wish every appointment we had went like this. Every kid deserves to go to a dentist like this one. Thank you all so much! I'm looking forward to going back soon! :)

Dr. Erika was born to be a pediatric dentist. She was amazing and the whole team clearly loves what they do. I hated the dentist growing up and I was very nervous for this appointment because I don't want that for my son. But the moment they came to get us I felt safe, calm, heard, and that my son was just loved. This mama was thrilled with our experience and I haven't stopped talking about how impressed I was. So thankful to have such a wonderful resource in our community!

This is the best dentist for children by far; they have a fun * welcoming environment and everyone is very friendly (& delicious coffee or fresh flavored water, too!) I highly recommend this dentist and her awesome team to any parent and of special needs. One of my children has sensory sensitivity disorders and amazingly he loved going to the dentist the last 10 years! One time he had an episode and she immediately stopped treatment, calmed him down and set up 3 appointments to ensure he was comfortable; just so grateful at her ability to choose the best way to work with kids. 3 of my kids had the dental surgery; all went great! I feel like she understands children s' needs and definitely all my children love going to the dentist thanks to her and her team! Thank You Dr. Erika & Team!!!

Dr. Erika and her crew are so great we drive two hours one way for her services. One of my three little people has pretty significant anxiety in clinical settings. Her process to make kids feel comfortable in order to give them the best care is wonderful!

My daughter was referred to Marquette Pediatric Dentistry from SSM, MI. We've taken the time we make the trips and have not regret it. Upon arrival at consultation, they welcomed us with open arms and have shown excellent hospitality. My daughter had extensive oral surgery last Friday, and Dr. Tyler made it a point to keep me in the loop with everything going on before, during, and after her procedure. My daughter has extreme anxiety and felt comfortable enough with Dr. Tyler which helped things go smoothly for a nervous momma. 10/10 would recommend.

Above and beyond experiences; 4 kids and 7 years running. Dr. Erica and team have managed to deliver animated and top notch service to our family time and time again. Her careful approach to educating parents and children without shaming or scolding is very impressive. This quality in a dentist has been invaluable to this mother in learning and processing through some pretty grim evals. And, they have bent over backwards to accommodate our schedules and drive time on more than one occasion.

Excellent, as always. Dr. Erica and her staff are so wonderful. Great with both of my boys who started going when they turned 2. The dentist isn't a scary place and if they are nervous its amazing how cool, calm and collected they all stay. Things are explained to parents in a way that makes sense. Love it here.

100% kid friendly. The atmosphere, the staff, the work being done is all geared towards the kids being comfortable and having a good time so that they enjoy going to the dentist for their entire lives. My 2y & 4y old had a great time.

Super impressed by this office and the staff. Had our first visit yesterday for my son who is very nervous with dental work and they were wonderful. We were referred from another office and I was concerned it may be difficult for him, but the office is a fun, comfortable environment and all the staff is fantastic with kids and making them feel at ease!

We have confidence in the care we are given, and we are always delighted with our experience. Dr and all of her staff go above and beyond to create a welcoming, comfortable, cheerful and engaging environment. I feel lucky that we are patients here! The kids enjoy the experience and I'm sure it's creating positive associations with dental care, which is not always something children look forward to. The office is so fun and happy to be in, and the children enjoy the friendly staff, the stimulating environment, and of course the toys at the end! The awesome brusher club is often a goal for us if we haven't already achieved it, and that helps motivate my child at home. Thanks to everyone for putting the hard work and care into this phenomenal office! Even extra touches like giving the kids sunglasses during cleanings is unique and cool; it's obvious that there was a lot of thought put into making it the perfect environment for kids.

My three year absolutely loved it. We are days out from his appointment and he's been begging to go back. I had to bring my infant along and the staff and Dentist were so helpful and supportive with her as well! Great experience. I recommend to anyone!
