An incredible gem. Great food, service and atmosphere. We ordered the fries and almost fought over the final remaining ones. Lexi was our server and she was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and fast. Great overall experience.

The patty melt was amazing along with the stoner fries. The place was packed with people so that's saying something.

There's tons of beer to choose from and mixed drinks as well. It's also nice too since it's kind of away from the busy side of downtown.

Big Lake Brewing was a great time during our visit to Holland, highly recommend to anyone taking a vacation to anywhere in Michigan. It is worth the trip. The staff were very very nice, they had tons of beer options that were really good. Also have indoor and outdoor seating with Firepits large selection of swag too. The best part by far was the Happy Hour deal, you can get a full meal of appetizers and beers. Every appetizer we had was great and it allowed us to try more beers. We will be back.

Always excellent. Service is prompt, friendly, and fun. Food tasty, large portions; reata pasta is pleasantly piquante. Oh, and the beer; fresh, tasty, well crafted - try the peach haze.

My son lives in Holland & there are lots of great places to eat there but this is top 5 - great brewery if you like beer - I don’t but I enjoy their fruit ciders on tap which rotate with the seasons. Try a flight. Fun vibe, though it can get a little noisy. Always great service & surprisingly good food. The Hangar Steak is amazing. Fettuccine pesto is also a good choice. Vegetarian friendly. Truffle fries are a must.

Stopped by for dinner and was blown away by how big this brewery was! They have a ton of indoor seating, which was appreciated on a rainy evening. The food menu was a good mix of classic brewery food and some unique options I've never seen before. I got the Dutch Stamppot which felt appropriate for a brewery in Holland. It was tasty and a good size portion. We also got the stroopwafel sundae for dessert which was another unique menu option, and was totally delicious! The beer menu is extensive and features a bit of everything. If you're indecisive like me, I recommend getting a flight of beer and tasting up to six at one time. Service was great, and they are kid friendly and have a small kids menu. Overall a great place to go for beer lovers and families!

We stopped in for dinner on a Monday night. They weren't terribly busy. Tables were spaced apart more than 6 feet, which was nice to see. The food was absolutely terrific. We ordered appetizers and dinner. Everything was awesome! The beers were also really good. We got a flight and even sampled the small batch they had on draft (definitely recommend asking about the small batch). Our waitress Emma couldn't have been more awesome! She took great care of us. Thank you Emma!! Definitely impressed and will return!

Awesome place. Great environment, especially on the patio, and the truffle fries were the best I've ever had. Beers were all tasty too. Service from Brittany was top notch and cheerful. Thank you!

The whitefish dip is so fresh and brings enough for at least 4 people. Draft list is really good and has many options for whatever you’re feeling. Salmon BLT was fantastic. Servers are extremely hospitable and genuinely want you to enjoy what you get . Our server Alyssa made sure every little thing was perfect for us and made us feel extremely welcome.

Delicious food! Especially the loaded tater tots. (They do bottomless tots during happy hour on Monday from 2:00pm-4:00pm)

Delicious food and fun atmosphere! Also has some of my favorite beer you can buy in the Holland area. My favorite menu items are the BBQ Sammy, the Spice Rubbed Chicken Wings, and the Flatbread Pizzas. They also have a decent mug club membership if you are a local who plans to return often.

Big Lake just handled an event of 35 people that I needed to serve some sharables and a round of drinks. They were awesome! The servers, the kitchen, the outside bar....all of it was handled well, with hospitality and as always the food was delicious.

Nice place. Love the building, with the curved wooden roof and painted black ceiling beams and air ducts. Sampled several brews with the standouts being the Lime Light, Here She Gose, and the Vanilla BA Darkstar. Others were okay. Food was really good with many options and styles to choose from. Service was friendly and attentive. Would be happy to return.

Our server, Ben, was excellent. We had the Rasta Pasta and split it so we could have Beeramisu for dessert. All was very tasty. I had the Ryecoe IPA, tasty. I also tried a sample of the PB Stout and liked that as well. We would definitely go back.

Excellently filling and remarkable food! Nice selection of craft beers to match any palate. Nice relaxing environment with phenomenal service! Next time you're in the area, you'll regret it if you don't stop in.

Omg the food was great! We had planned to skip this brewery because they have so many IPAs and I'm not an IPA drinker. However, several locals told us that we must give them a try! They have a few non IPAs which were really good and surprisingly I found a couple IPAs I liked. The Blood Orange Haze was good and the 7th Street! Our tacos were awesome, loaded with meat, we liked the pulled pork a little better than the chicken. Brussel sprouts were also delicious! Olivia was a really nice server!
