BIGGBY COFFEE

Located at the corner of Chicago Drive and Waverly, this is a consistently good Biggby location. My latte was perfect and as expected. And the turkey hvarti Bragel is delicious!

The service I received was excellent. I went there with my wife, and we had to buy one get one free coupon for two large coffees. My wife innocent told me that she did not want hey sweet coffee. She changed her mind and then wanted a Sweet coffee. I took the coffee back and request that it be made sweet. They changed it and did not even ask questions. I was made to love my wife's liking and it was awesome. it was made by the redhead girl and I did not catch her name but she appeared to be a supervisor or a manager in back. Thank you very much for the excellent service!

Update, 2/16/24 last run @8pm they were closing 😢 so I kindly beeped and waved and ask if they just closed and this young Gentleman asked me what I wanted and he was so sweet and kind enough to make me 1 last matcha tea Latte w/Boba 🍵 😊 thank you WESLEY 😊 ❤ 💖

After being denied from a competitor from around the corner. I called Biggby on Chicago Drive and ask if they could make me up 12 hot chocolates for my family who had been sledding. Zach was more than willing to help me out even though they were closing in 20 minutes. Zach and his coworker knocked him out My family was thrilled when I pulled up with the hot chocolate! Just want to say thank you for the great service!!

Wife and I stopped in a couple weeks ago after a Sunday drive. Decided to go inside and have a couple coffees. Was met with a smile and enthusiastic greeting. Service was quick even though it was quite busy. Will be back!

Stopped by here because I was working in the area. Not only did one of the employees hold the door open for me on my way in on her way out the other two employees who waited on me were top notch. And the restrooms were immaculate. My latte is also fabulous. But the employees at this location I really wonderful

Always good coffee and settles well with me unlike mcdonalds,tim hortons starbucks. And great prices specially when you have rewards and reciev coupons of buy one get one free.

Usually just drive thru. Always good but wish the calories were less. lol

Only had coffee but staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Coffee is 10x better than DD

I love me some iced coffee with butter bear flavor. Extra sweet and extra creamy. They make it just right!!!

Great selection of coffee and specialty drinks. They also have an excellent selection of bagel sandwiches and other goodies. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Give them a try. You wouldn't be disappointed.

Really nice first visit. The drinks were good and the staff was mostly very friendly. I believe the workers name was Avery and he was very helpful to us. He offered us suggestions on what to order that would be similar to Starbucks. He also kept a lively conversation with us while making our drinks. The other guy working was sitting in the corner on his phone the whole time though and not doing any work. Great visit Biggby, expect us to stop by more often.

I love Biggby Coffee! So much so that I got a job at this location and worked here for two years. This was one of the best experiences with management that I've had. You feel like you're a part of the family and everyone is so welcoming on the staff. Now I come back as a customer just for the great experience and customer service.

One of my "go to" locations! The baristas are awesome and my coffee is always on point. Even when they're understaffed they are friendly and do a great job :)

I have gone here repeatedly not because it's my favorite coffee, but because of the friendly atmosphere and service. Just today I also saw the staff give someone in the service a complimentary coffee in a genuine and subtle way. Also, another staff came in on their day off to answer questions and serve a not-for-profit organization. I makes me happy and proud to see the caring attitude of the community in an establishment.

Always friendly, great customer service. Like to have an alternative to starbucks. Don't go often but more for a treat! My daughters love the whipped cream with sprinkles. We have recently moved away and wish there was a great Biggby in our new world! Will come back when we go back to visit .

11 days from today is my last day here and I’m definitely feeling pretty sad. I guess this is kind of a reverse review because I’m on the other side, but before I was working here I was a customer pretty much everyday. Every time I go through the line, even as an employee, I’m warmly greeted and my drink is always perfect (they all know I’m picky about it too).
I love to talk and make conversation with the people who come in and it’s fun getting to know the regulars. Some of them knew a bit about me before I even met them, a little weird, but it’s nice that the customers care about the people behind the counter too. I’ll for sure miss working here, but any time I’m in town again, this is the place I’ll be.
