Wendy's

I just wanna start this review by saying I never write reviews I’m a really busy construction guy work 80+ hours a week and I just want to say that the manager and the morning cashier out here at this Wendy’s absolutely amazing every single time I order their very fast always happy. They remember me they ask me how I’m doing. They tell me to have a nice day. I absolutely look forward to seeing these guys, because they’re always happy. They truly do not get paid enough for the amount of service that they provide. There’s just simply not enough good things that you could say about good service when you’re in a hurry and these guys right here are absolutely hands-down all stars.

Friendly and fast service. A little sad they were out of chocolate frostys, but the waitress who served us was great.

They screwed up my order and I had to pay for something I didn't order was to busy and didn't want to make other patrons wait, who were already waiting.

Food was as I ordered today 4/12/24, and very tasty

5 stars for fast food. They were swamped and the staff did a great job trying to keep up. The food was good as well.

Staff is super friendly! Place has been pretty clean whenever I've been there and the only time my food has taken any notable amount of time (only 10 minutes) the staff was super apologetic and offered compensation. Food is exactly what you'd expect from Wendy's, good prices for cheap but pretty good food. Never had any mishaps with my order or food.

Friday, August 19th 10:37PM. Fresh, good looking and tasting food that was accurate to order. Crew members were very polite and fast to answer requesting and question. Only bad thing was the manager was yelling at the crew members which is unacceptable as they were performing there duties perfectly. The manager was yelling so bad at one of the employees that they made her cry….that is crazy!? i hope the store manager reviews the Night Shift lead and talks with them and reprimands them that isn’t acceptable.

I got the strawberry summer salad. Super good. Normally I'm not a big fan of salad, easily one of the best ones I've had. And they were fast. We had a pretty big order too. It was all out in less than 10 mins.

Great place! I use the WiFi to study while parked in my car. The 4 for 4 deal is incredible value! The Breakfast is great also. The place is clean and the service is A+. I love the redheaded girl Wendy! She let's me use the wifi without hassling me. The other places are kinda mean...
The library only let's you use your own computer for 1 hr and McDonald's was unreliable and it seems like they cut me off after about 15 minutes. I even had the cops called on me there 😵 the aquatic center won't let me park close enough to use the WiFi. Wendy's, thank you! I wish I could leave a tip.

I have to say we eat at Wendy's twice a week great food but more important customer service. They are above and beyond great customer service from placing our order to paying for our order to getting our order happy smiles all along the way. Thank you Wendy's and to the 16th St location team you are awesome. Thank you we love you you dearly.

Food was too damn expensive!!

The staff here works really hard. Friendly service even when they are getting yelled at by impatient customers. Great job guys, keep up the good work! Food was fresh and not skimped on like other locations I have been to.

Long line, but it moved quickly. The restaurant looked short staffed, but they did amazing. The staff were friendly and polite. The food was great, will definitely be back.

Staff was very friendly, service was fast. Burger was outstanding, and the fries were crisped just right. Saved good money with a combo deal on their app as well.

Great food. Slow service but limited staff working diligently to serve customers. Treated us kindly and considerately.

They always give us great tasty quality food that is still fresh and warm when brought to us weather it be in dine in or drive thru

We ordered and ate inside and I must say they have a really nice dine in area now. My husband, two kids, and I really enjoyed our food, very good portion size:)

Despite the long line inside, the attendant was very friendly and the food was ready very quickly. Would definitely return during lunch rush again.

I had the taco salad where you put the chili over the salad and it's one of my favorite! Great frosty to of course! Great meal for about 10$

Tried their breakfast. Some options let you get a second for a buck. Sandwich was delicious and large. Saved the second for the next day. Reheated well, remember to remove from foil before microwaving.

I went during dinner rush when there was a long line at the drive thru. Service was fast, food was great and accurate.
