Totally believe the great reviews! The sausage gravy is wonderful. Definitely not from a mix and the herbs in it make it so much better. My husband said that whoever makes their biscuits had a grandmother who made fantastic biscuits from scratch! The Lemon cream French toast is indescribable. The Lemon mascarpone is what whipped cream would be if it started in heaven first! We had to order a biscuits and gravy to go so we could have it again at home!

We went at around 11:30 on a Friday and got right in. Small and quaint place with friendly service, good coffee, and excellent food. The veggie hash is everything I hoped and dreamed. The biscuits with strawberry jam are a thing of beauty that will make your mouth happy as a clam, which apparently is pretty happy.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! We went here for breakfast and it was PACKED. And rightfully so. We waited around 25 min for a table and just enjoyed the atmosphere. We got to see so many regulars come in even for just a to go cup of coffee. The staff and our waitress were just spectacular. Beyond nice and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. HIGHLY recommend the biscuits and gravy. We live about 5 hours away but if we are ever back, we will definitely eat here again!

This place is 100% worth the wait. We went two days in a row while visiting Holland for the Tulip Festival. Waited about 45 minutes for a table each time. Server was fast, efficient, and friendly. The biscuits and gravy are to DIE for - gravy has a little bit of thyme (I think … some kind of herb). Sausage is delish. Scrambles are excellent. The berry French toast is definitely sweet, but a yummy option. Just really amazing all around.

Loved it! The positive reviews online enticed us into this cute restaurant. I ordered the chicken apple hash (so good!) and my husband ordered the breakfast tacos (chorizo, eggs, etc.). Our waitress was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the coffee was very good too.

Went to The Biscuit for the first time this last Friday, and it was such a pleasant experience. The food was amazing, and the staff was super friendly and patient. I got the Berries and Cream French Toast, side of bacon and a Caramel Latte. The Latte was so good I ended up getting 2 and the French Toast was so yummy and the berries were very fresh. I can't wait to go back!

We're thankful for restaurants off the beaten path and in small towns. This very unassuming breakfast joint was amazing! The vibe is of a family run restaurant and the staff was so friendly. My son knows my love of brunch and found this restaurant for us by reading local reviews. It's a no thrills diner with great food! I opted for the Berry French Toast and enjoyed every last bite. The cream cheese filler was magical! These small town businesses need to stay around, so visit the Biscuit on your next visit to Holland, Michigan.

Great breakfast/brunch! I had a hard time deciding what to order because there were so many appetizing choices. The Irish scramble was great and I'm so glad that I chose a biscuit for the bread portion. My mom tried the Eggs Harper Rose and was equally delighted. The barista also poured a beautiful design on my cafe miel, which I loved too. Very friendly service and nice portions.

Follow up visit here after volunteering at the Tulip Fest! Just as good as last time. Had the special of the day and it was delicious. Recommend ordering with a biscuit…they live up to the restaurant’s name! You may have to wait, but it’s worth it.

This cute little breakfast place had amazing food! The Mediterranean scramble was great, the fruit was fresh, and the red potatoes were deliciously seasoned and perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was busy on a Saturday (about a 20 minute wait) but well worth it. Bright colors and a unique and happy vibe.

This establishment just seeps with a whole family's love for food. It's in the names of the dishes in the menu, it's in the flavors and quality of the food, it's literally painted on the walls.

The biscuits here are a more dense, cake-style biscuit than the layered, flaky type. They're still delicious though, and are tasty savory with gravy or sweet with homemade jam. In addition to the biscuits, everything else we got was cooked correctly and tasty.

The prices are low. The service is attentive. It feels like a small town diner, but the food and decor is more homestyle than line cook. There's heart here, and it shows.

I was there on a Saturday at 10 AM, and we only waited ten minutes for a table of two. That's way less than I expected and less than this place deserves. I'd easily wait an hour here for food.

Very nice quaint atmosphere In a small corner of town. The atmosphere is very nice and reminds me of a small town while being in a moderately sized one. The food is from scratch and there’s homemade. Obviously the biscuits are the main attraction and our homemade as well. The biscuits are nice fluffy and very tasteful.

I love breakfast. It's my favorite meal. Thus I tend to love breakfast joints. The Biscuit is now one of those places I love to stop at. This is a Great little place! The coffee is phenomenal. They offer heavy cream with it too.

I ordered some Irish/Dublin egg scramble. It was so good. I got the millet & flax toast. So good. They serve you homemade strawberry jam. It's literally one of the best jams I've ever had. Can't wait to try more of their breakfast items!

Love this place!

My wife and I go on breakfast dates here when we’re in town and are never disappointed. Friendly staff, great owners, and delicious menu options have this place on our top list when on the west side of MI. If you stop in, try to be there before 9 and the rush or if you’re late there are a few local shops you can peruse while you wait.

This is a great little breakfast place. The staff is so friendly and all of the food is fresh. I like that they source a lot of the ingredients from local vendors. I got the nor'easter scramble and it was delicious. They also have a nice kid's menu.
