These guys are so nice and awesome!! I can't thank them enough for their service! I had an extremely old external hard drive that broke, it got "the click of death". It had so many pictures that I did not want to lose. I called to find out if they could help me and they said they could try and no guarantees (which I figured before I even called). I told them keep it as long as needed and good luck lol. They didn't have it long just a few days or so and they RECOVERED ALL of my pics and put them on my new external hard drive!!! SOOO thankful to this team!!!

I have used United pc_tek many times when my computer is gone on the blink each time they’ve been very prompt very reasonable in price and very honest I would hardly recommend anyone who needs their computer. I bought my office tower from them years ago and it serves me reliably. I just bought an HP 830 Elite and I love it. Because these are refurbs, I expect there will be minor glitches and indeed there were. But in each case, they addressed the issue promptly. It helps that I have corporate IT and computer experience. Still the value proposition is hard to beat. Using refurbs saves money and reduces e-waste.

I recommend these good to repair your laptops and iPad, I just had my iPad screen repaired, excellent service and quality, I had my laptop repaired 2 years ago still working like a charm.

The guys went above and beyond for my needs. The front desk guy Tommy and the technician Nick helped me out quite a bit when my Lenovo laptop just decided to not show anything on the display anymore. Turns out I had a specific display chip that was lifting apart from my motherboard, and they even ordered a replacement part to try to repair my motherboard instead of giving up on it right away. They set me up with a better refurbished Lenovo laptop that's designed to last. Combining all the services they did for me, it was easy to tell that they were just trying to help out with my issue, otherwise they could've easily charged me through the roof. I recommend them for computer services for sure!

I ordered two refurbished computers From this company five days ago. They arrived yesterday and I quickly set them up to test them. I had a question about the computers and emailed them. They replied within 15 minutes and my question was resolved. This is a great company. I will do more business with them and I highly recommend them.

I honestly want to give more than 5 stars to this amazing business. The team at United PC Tech was by far the most experienced computer technicians that I have ever dealt with or seen. They are definitely the real deal !! They were so friendly and beyond helpful, honestly over exceeded my expectations. They treated my computer like it was their own, instead of throwing parts at it they told me what it needed and what it didn’t need. Before I went to United PC tech I was expecting to have to pay a ton of money to fix it or even worse have to replace it but they worked their magic and the price was three times less than I thought it would be. Great work United PC Tech !!!

I was and continue to be thoroughly impressed with United PC Tek. I accidentally spilled water on my $750 Asus laptop, resulting in it not being able to turn on at all. I thought my laptop was gone for good, but took it to United PC Tek to see if it could somehow be salvaged. The staff that waited on me was friendly and gave me a timetable for when the manager would get back to me about it.

The manager called me shortly after I dropped it off and asked me some questions about it and said that I'd only pay if they were able to fix it. It was free for them to look at it and diagnose, even though I'm sure that type of thing takes a fair amount of time. He was also very up-front with me. He didn't promise he could fix it, which I liked, as I appreciated his honesty. He gave me a very reasonable quote for what it'd cost in the event he could fix it.

A day or two later, he called me stating that he was able to fix it and that it was up and running. I came and paid them a fraction of what it would have cost me to replace the laptop. I took it home and, sure enough, it runs as if I had never spilled water on it. I'm typing from it right now.

All in all, United PC Tek is an excellent PC repair service. They have great customer service, are honest, very affordable, and effective. What more can you ask for?

My wife had to start working from home, so she ordered a Dell computer with dual monitors (all renewed). It arrived packed all in one box. Setup was easy, and it worked OK except one of the monitors would not stay on. A call to the company quickly determined the problem to be the VGA adapter for the second monitor. Two days later, a replacement adapter arrived, and the second monitor was up and running. We are very pleased with the purchase.

Absolutely great experiences! 2x customer! They fixed my computer in a hurry, they are honest & trustworthy, and the prices are very reasonable! I also purchased an amazing used laptop from them! I'll only go to them.

Over the years I have purchased 3 computers from this establishment and I have taken computers there for repair. Happy with the service! Nick is as pleasant as can be. I would give him 6 stars but they only offer 5. I sent a couple of friends there. All have been happy.(yes I use all 3 of the computers that I purchased there and all 3 are going strong)..

Great service!! Ordered my personal pc from them via eBay and it arrived very quick and it works perfectly. Then I started working for a call centre and they needed a new pc for my office so ordered one directly through them, and again, came quickly and was in great condition. One screen wasn’t working correctly and I called and they guy was very helpful and sent me a new screen which I has within a few days. Everything is great. Easy company to deal with. Great service great products! I’m in the process of ordering 12 pcs from them right now. Very happy with my experience here!

Most people don't realize that they can save a lot of money by buying refurbished PCs (from a trustworthy source). These friendly folks have a great inventory and can customize your PC any way you want. They also have the absolute best prices I could find online and off. They are a Microsoft Registered refurbisher and the PC I picked up was very nicely and completely set up, with very clear instructions (which ended up not being needed), and all the necessary software to get started and online! You also get a 90-day warranty! We're really happy and will probably be coming back here for a long time to come!

Ordered a dual monitor PC setup from them. Just needed a cheap office configuration for quickbooks and word processing. Its definitely older stuff, but at a great price and so far everything is working as expected. Had them upgrade the hard drive to an SSD. It booted right into windows without any setup on my end other than plugging it in. Very happy with what I received for the price. Will use these guys in the future for sure. Only downside, the self-branded keyboard that came with it was junk. Easily replaced with a spare we had though.
