Right parts 1st time. My go to if they ain't got it or can get it you're going to the dealership. Knowledgeable staff. Willing to help where they can. Clean and organized store. They love it when I bring Benjamin's with me therefore making everything $100.00 if it isn't. I'm sure that's just for me though. Lol. Love em all there. Great people, quality parts.

They literally have everything you could need and what they don't have they can order in a timely manner. I prefer the stores to any of the other auto stores around. Staff is knowledgeable of store layout and what merchandise they carry.

Great Staff. And very helpful. Prices are comparable to other auto parts establishments. They do have Veteran Discount.

Had some electrical issues and limped the truck to this exit. They picked us up from walmart, brought us to their store to pick up an alternator and then drove us back--all 20 minutes before closing time. The alternator didn't solve our issue, so we ended up spending the night in Charlotte and just barely made it to their store in the morning. They charged our batteries for free, printed off wiring diagrams, tested our alternators and gave us a jumpstart. The crew was knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful, and the store had everything we needed to get going in stock!

The battery died on my way out of Charlotte luckily I was able to cost on in to there parking lot. I asked to get a charge and was told to take out the battery and I can get a free charge and so i I did. Staff members were very friendly and eager to help

Extremely helpful peeps and if it's something they don't have in their store, they'll try to get it from another store for same day pickup. Awesome
