Shane and Sean were both very helpful. Shane explained our phone and plan options and then helped us order the phones that were best for us. Two days later the phones arrived at the store and Shane called us to let us know. We went in and Sean helped us get everything cloned and set up. Seemless and efficient process. This is by far the best Verizon store I have ever been in. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking to upgrade your phone.

Shane provided Excellent customer service making sure my watch was linked to my new phone. I greatly appreciate his time ensuring I was all set with my new devices. Thank you so much!!
