McDonald's

I took my grandkids into the Monroe McDonalds at 10am Saturday March17. My ten year old said that she wished that McDonald’s would be in Chatham. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Several employees came up and talked to us. Even the other customers were so nice and friendly. By far the best experience I have had in a long time! I know it has been a rough couple of weeks for the McGraw family, so rest assure this is one store that doesn’t currently need your attention! Great job to all the managers and staff for a job well done! Can you maybe send some of your staff to the Chatham McDonalds as they need a tremendous amount of work and a better management staff to set the example!

I went inside to ask for some ketchup and salt. The manager was very rude and told me I had to have a mask on. I told him that i forgot mine thats why I had my shirt pilled up over my mouth. He said that was not good enough and he would call the Police on me. Terrible experience, very rude!!! Food was COLD

Your S. DIRKSEN SITE IS HORRIBLE. THE HELP IS LAZY AND SLOW. THE WAIT TO ORDER IS ABOUT 5MIN EVEN WITH NO BODY IN LINE. USUALLY HAVE TO MOVE UP AND WAIT FOR ORDER WITH NOBODY BEHIND ME AND WAIT 10 MIN. THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF CREAMER FOR COFFEE. SOMEONE IN ADMIT NEEDS TO GO THRU DRIVE THRU ABOUT 6 AM AND SEE FOR THEMSELVES
