Absolutely perfect in every way. Haven't had a simple order like that be so immaculate in ages. Eat your heart out Springfield! Chatham is where it's at! Thank you!

Well, I am now a semi-regular here as Hardee's pulled up stakes and we sure have had quite the history at this location over the past 30+ years of my kids and I living here.

Not all bad, nor all good.

Anyway it was a typical morning/early afternoon and I needed food and primarily something to drink. So ordered the App $6 meal of Crispie Chicken, with fries, Diet Coke.

Now I truly do not like their fries as many times their like balsawood at best. As for their new McCrispy Chicken...well, I have to pay more just so it will be adequate.

Also, I like to use Mayo with my fries, a trait I captured from my children's mother many years ago. Diet Coke is Diet Coke as long as they have the proper balance of syrup and games, etc.

To say I was shocked doesn't do today's experience the justice it deserves as....the fries were not only edible BUT RATHER TASTY!!

Ans they did pretty damn good on the sandwich.

Speaking of crusades! I've been on one when I discover they met their order aplication goals already.

What caught my attention was the fries were NOT the sticks of balsawood they have been since.... I mean that they were actually pretty damn good!

As for for the: ckcken, I basically decided that the sandwich with my requests helped this do so..

Did a mobile order, it was easy. The order was prepared correctly. Food was hot and good for fast food. Efficient team at Chatham location.

Wonderful food and good service

Had a very large order for a party. The drive thru looked busy. Went inside to order take out. The lady who took my order did not ask me to repeat myself once, as I read from my list. We received our food in less than 5 minutes. When we got back to the party, the food was hot and the order turned out to be 100% accurate. Great experience at this location. 10/30/21

Seriously though, I've never had a problem and even when there's a super long line, the staff keep it moving

Only have had one instance where the burger was under cooked and the lady told me it was supposed to be that way. Umm I don’t think so, try again. I wish they would stop being so stingy with the fries! Fill it to the top at least. Sometimes the drive through is so super slow. Which not sure why they don’t make those folks pull off and take it out to them. Other than that good service over all. One thing that IMPRESSED me to no end... Threw the receipt on the passenger floor, later went to pick it up, something caught my eye at the bottom of the ticket. WOW just wow. Next time you go, check out the bottom. Bless y’alls heart whoever put that on there!!!

I was inside yesterday morning along with a team of young athletes. Needless to say it was busy. Twice during my visit, I heard the frontline manager compliment the crew for their effort. For a job well done. I applaud this young man. Nothing feels better than a thank you from your boss.

This is hands down the best McDonald's I have ever gone to. And I've been to many all over the country.

Food was just okay with sandwiches poorly assembled. Tables were dirty needing to be cleared and wiped off

I have not eaten at McDonald's for lunch in years but was pushed due to time & hunger. Drive-thru was 2-lane deep, wrapped around the building but service was swift, food delivered hot and prices were unbeatable and the food was fresh & good. Kudos to this Chatham location.

I don't love it oh its I love it. The French fries used to be different and change the fries wheat where is the gluten-free in vegetarian meat I thought have it nope but the tuch drinks are dope.

Just had a pretty big order and they got everything right. Super nice! and the girl that took my order read everything off back to me flawlessly ....which was pretty impressive there was a shhhhh ton 😄 They were great!

Great service...food was prepared just like I ordered which was amazing as I had several happy meals all different and special grill orders...perfect...not my normal fast food experience pleasantly surprised

Not good enough hepler and the server suck and we did not get are Food first time and we did like the employee there.

Have to commend the staff/management...i dropped my debit card in the parking lot & a day later when I called on the slim chance it was turned in as lost...they had it!! Thank God for honest people in this world! Thank you So much!

Very quick with curbside. This is my favorite McDonald's in the county. I have not had an order they have messed up 😁 (shocking but true!)

This is a good quality McDonald's that always has consistent service and food quality. It is by far one of the best McDonald's I've regularly visited. They know how to run a franchise and the folks who work there always do a good job.
