Rich's Car Wash - Perry Hill

During the visit my antenna 📡 was knocked off. I spoke with the manager, who immediately filled out an incident report documenting what happened and filed a claim. I received a claim number and a phone call telling me where to take my car to get it fixed. I took the car and had my antenna replaced. I was very pleased with the process.

Rich's is convenient to.my location. The staff was helpful, and I've not had a problem getting to the vacuum cleaners.

Love this location. There's this one guy whom I'll get his name next time that always go over and beyond for me. Ensuring that I'm happy with my services. Even helped me clean my tires. && I've experienced him do this with other people as well. I really appreciate that guy and the services I receive here.
The vacuums all have good suction and the wash itself is good. Towels and window cleaner is always available. I recommend this location 1000 times.

Update* The Guy name is Chris. Everyone love him. He's always very helpful.
The new brushes for the bug station are useless. Also it's hot out... when asked to wet the towels the GUY said no it was hot and they'll keep dying out.

Did a great job cleaning the car we got the $15 Dollar wash I was shocked how clean and shiny it looked.. almost looked hand washed even the tires, it was visually pleasing as well not your average car wash it had color lights that lit up the car when the suds covered the windows..it definitely would be a fun experience for children as well..plus it was fast

Convenient location and I love my monthly plan. I can get my car washed and vacuumed daily if needed.

Best automatic car wash I've used. Great prices, as cheap as $5, and the $18 wash is very thorough and you even get a free air freshener. DIY pre-wash station for scrubbing off bugs and tough dirt before going through the wash is a nice bonus, and the amenities are great. Lots of clean dry towels, powerful vacuums, and good floor mat cleaning machines that clean more thoroughly than others I've tried. Highly recommended.

I have two subscriptions and unless the carwash is extremely busy I have an easy time keeping my SUV and truck clean. We travel to Mobile often and use the Rich's car wash there too.

Yes it's a guy there that works his name is Chris, he is a very nice young man and he's a very hard worker every time I come there he always doing his best helping out people being polite and kind it's kind of hard to find good workers good people and I would recommend a thousand times to get people to come there the nice place and I really appreciate that young man he always going above and beyond helping someone thank you guys for hiring him

Love the station they have when you first pull in for you to get the bugs off of your car before entering the actual car wash and the vacuums there always work really good!!

Also does a great job on my car. Even their cheap 3 dollar wash on Mondays gets the dirt off of my wheels. It's not too harsh and they give you a air freshener. They offer 20 and 30 dollar monthly packages as well. It's a good deal.

Today was one of many days out of many months that I decided to wash my car. As a single parent, a car wash is always at the end of the list of things to get done. But it was great to be an atmosphere where the Small Things count and that you were important. I appreciate the over and Beyond attitude that was displayed to my family as our sub was detailed today. Thanks and will return for many more occasions.

I’ve been a car wash club member for months, but today my antenna popped off. I asked the guys to check the wash for me. Without hesitation, one of them went to look for it — and brought it to me. (I failed to get his name.) Then, Dalton in the office worked with me to fill out a report. He also put it back on the car (a temporary fix until it can be repaired). Everybody was so nice and helpful! Thanks, guys!

***** UPDATE: They did what they said they would! Jason with Rich's Car Wash contacted Classic Collision in Montgomery and asked them to order the part. The body shop set up an appointment for me and replaced my antenna this morning! Awesome businesses! *****

Excellent service even at near closing time. I was setup for their* monthly wash membership and was given full instruction on how it works including other locations it could be used. I will recommend to anyone.

This is my new favorite car wash. To begin with, they are open on Sunday. I used to go to Goo Goo, and it would always be Sunday and they were closed. Rich's also has great specials going on week days. I got buy one get one free for $15. Also, they have a "prewash station" where you can scrub the bugs off your grill, mirrors, windshield, etc, before entering the actual car wash. After the wash the vacuums are very good and they have damp cleaning cloths for your dash and interior. It's a real step up from other car washes.
