McDonald's

From the time me and my family walked through the door we were greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. When we got our food it was brought to us and the food was hot and fresh. The young lady who brought us our food said thank you and enjoy your lunch with a smile. The restaurant was clean and enjoyable. The manager came around to every table and asked if our meal was OK and if we needed anything else? Good job McDonald's!!!!

Miss. Chanelle is the best. My food wasn't hot and my order was wrong. With a beautiful smile she apologized and quickly fixed the issue. She stopped by my table to check to see if my meal was to my satisfaction and told me to enjoy my meal. She greeted my children and walked them to the play area. I think this will be our home McDonald's. Awesome job McDonald's!

Typical McDonald's. The restaurant/dining area and restroom are both clean. Staff was friendly and inviting upon entering. Placed a mobile order which was prepared correctly and in a timely manner. Kids PlayPlace with places to eat while the little ones play.

My wife and I plus my granddaughter stopped yesterday coming back home from vacation.
Rarely have I had a French fry done as well as these ladies do at this McDonald's. Everything was delicious: quarter pounders, fries, chicken nuggets.....everything. The place was neat, clean and well taken care of...even the restrooms.

Don't often see people take pride in their work but these folks sure do.

I went thru the drive thru and the hot fries 🍟 smelt like no other.

Stopped on the way home from the beach. Was quick and accurate. Great service, clean restrooms and dining area.

The workers there are so nice I asked a crazy question and they were so nice about it😀 but I always stop at this mc Donald's when I come to Montgomery there food is always fresh and service is always quick great job you guys

Drive through, quick and friendly. At the first window greeted with a smile an quick service. Second window, greeted with a smile, quick service, food was fresh and hot.

Just went to this location and every employee deserves 5 stars!!! I was highly upset with door dash since more than half of my order wasn’t delivered, and my sandwich was made wrong. However, after going to the location I realized just how friendly and welcoming they were. My attitude was instantly adjusted! The employee explained that he had made a mistake and spilled my drinks and the door dash driver didn’t wait for my refills, and left most of my order. The staff quickly remade my entire order with everything fresh!! Thanks again to the entire staff on the lunch shift on 03/20/2021.

Was not busy and it was lunch time when we were there. Very clean place whete you eat and they were fast with the food. They do need an update to their bathroom. The hand soap dispenser didn't work and they had duct tape holding it together. The toilet paper dispenser was broken also..

Went through the drive thru for a egg & cheese biscuit and medium coffee. Was given a bag with the schedule (names & in/out times) handwritten on it. They quickly fixed that. Yet I get back to my aunt's only to find a burnt egg on a dry biscuit. Ughhh.....Ask me how many trips inside to get the order corrected!?! Even with all that, the crew was so nice & helped me to laugh my entire visit at the store. Customer service made everything alright. I love the energy.

No doubt the best MCD in the world. Insanely busy in summer from travelers. Service is nevertheless patient fast, AND friendly. Manager deserves a metal. I would have lost my mind

Everyone was so friendly and they accept my coupons or web app deals. And anyone here was able to answer questions without hesitation. I also love taking my kids to the playplace area.

The lady with the cute eyes. She was an angel. She did table service. Polite, and at your service. If she gets your order, be sure she gets right. And you'll enjoy.
