Michael is the best! He’s nice and listens 🧏🏼‍♀ My phone had water damage and green screen he was reluctant to to take it in due to the slim chances of it being repaired. He went ahead and kept it for 24 hours and he was able to fix it!!! The staff there seem to be a fun bunch, they seem to love their jobs. Thanks again Michael!

From start to finish Trent was exactly what we were looking for he helped us with all are needs and question I had to get my screen protector replaced because I have a phone that takes a certain type and he was able to make and print my exact screen protector highly recommend there business! I went into the store to have my privacy screen protector replaced. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. She replaced the screen quickly and was very friendly!

The staff is awesome. They got me all together and I'm highly satisfied. Would recommend them to fulfill any electronic emergencies with all tech devices.

Great experience overall, it took 6 days, but that was due to a part being ordered. I am happy with the speed and service received.

Great customer service, greeted me and was there quickly, checked my item in and gave me an estimated completion date.

They fixed my screen within 2 hours. It was a good thing the tech asked me to try to log in before I left. Turned out that the face camera had been disconnected (or not reconnected). In 15 minutes, they had it fixed, and I was out the door.

I went in for a phone repair right before they closed, and though they didn't have what they needed to get me repaired, they helped me file a claim and get scheduled for a repair the very next day. They even came to where I work and fixed it on site. Fantastic service. Very professional.

Micheal was such great help!! I came in with a broken screen and taught me that the deductible was freee!! He helped me with my claim this man is such a great help to this store!!! TREAT HIM RIGHT PLEASEEE!!

I couldn't have asked for better service. This place was quick and well versed in what they do.

Nobody else around seems to be Samsung verified.

There work also comes with an in house warranty.

This was my 2nd time having to use Asurion to fix a screen on a phone. It literally took a couple of hours both times and I was too ecstatic to get my phone back both times in just 2-3 hours versus a whole day. At the moment, this turnaround time on the back end is worth the insurance payments. Also, I grateful that the ubreakifix store is not outside of my normal route so I didn't have to go all over town looking for a repair shop.

Went into the store to get small problem fix everyone was so nice and helpful they are always helpful when I need them.

My phone screen was busted and completely black. I use my phone for 2 jobs and have to have it. I found this place online Sunday night and made the appointment online. Then I wrote down the phone number and directions since I am an hour away and wouldn't have my phone. I was there on time Monday morning and they took my phone,went to the back and grabbed the exact screen, and had everything ready to install. They gave me a time frame it would be done so I went shopping and came back. I paid and was on my way. Same day service and extremely knowledgeable and nice people. I definitely recommend them. I had no idea they fixed so many things. They had people in there with gaming devices, iPads, and computers with various issues and they had a whole big setup to fix anything. Very cool place. I'll definitely be back if something breaks.
