Rebar Performance

I've been going to Rebar for several years now. Incredible gym with coaches who keep us safe while helping us get strong and fit. I love that our classes are full of different fitness levels. Every workout is adjusted to your fitness level and we all cheer each other on.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Rebar Performance. I’ve taken classes from almost all of the CrossFit Coaches, and each one is just as uplifting as the next! I know that I am getting constructive feedback from the coaches, and it’s always given in a professional manner. The facility is gorgeous and has nice amenities including free childcare. The members are top notch and friendly. When I walk in, I know that this box adheres to their motto of faith, family, and fitness. All in all, it’s a wonderful experience and you should definitely give them a try. Hidden jewel on Chantilly!

Everyone at the gym is very professional and approachable. I don't ever feel insecure about my level of strength or knowledge of what I'm doing. The coaches and teachers explain everything so well that even as a beginner, you will be using the correct form to ensure no bodily harm. I love this place! It feels like a family!

Donna and I joined the box in July of this year and have had nothing, but a great experience. All of the coaches are terrific, very thorough and patient in providing instructions for the various exercises and lifts. The athletes at this box are encouraging and create a family atmosphere. We even take time out of our busy schedules for service projects to minister to others. Another positive was from my doctor in November of this year during my annual physical. He said "I don't know what you have been doing, but keep it up". Weight and cholesterol are greatly improved from last year for both, Donna and I.

I am so thankful for Rebar Performance and all the awesome coaches and members. They have become like family to me. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The coaches have encouraged me over the last 4 months and I have come a long way since I started. I am excited to see my improvements at my 1 year mark. There are people of all ages and fitness level's. I highly recommend Rebar.

Family atmosphere. Coaches and staff are all amazing and will personally invest in you to ensure you reach your fitness goals. All fitness levels are welcome. If you are looking to lose weight, get stronger, improve your mobility or all of the above, there is no better place in town to achieve your fitness goals than at Rebar Performance.

I've been to a couple of cross fit places before and this one is by far the best experience I've recieved. It's a great atmosphere that offers a plethora of opportunities, not to mention it's unbelievable staff members that are highly trained and educated in their craft. It is hands down the highlight of my week every time I step foot inside its walls.

Here is a military perspective, this place is great and a must try. Family, faith, & fitness says it all. While I may be use to joining new communities, others are not. I was welcomed here with opened arms. This family has made my time in this community unforgettable. I feel blessed to have met this amazing group.

My experience at Rebar Performance has been great! I've been going to the "Timpi Yoga" studio on site for a few months & I couldn't be more happy to have a hot yoga studio to lay my mat! The intructors deliver fun classes that appeal to both experienced yogi's and new alike. I highly recommend this business & personally believe it is the best hot studio in the Montgomery area, hands down!

The best crossfit gym in region

Great facility! The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. I've attended both Crossfit and Boot Camp, and I've been very pleased with both. I highly recommend it!

Great place to workout. Everyone is so friendly. It is not intimidating. They are great at adjusting for any fitness level.

My children absolutely love CrossFit Kids! They are learning so much more than physical fitness. I highly recommend it.

Crossfit is challenging, yet it is very fun. I enjoy how we do high reps on everything and it is timed workouts, so I can set my goal and reach it.

I have to say that my time I spent here was awesome the staff the members everyone just made you feel welcome I cannot wait until after wrestling season is done so I can join back!

Just started Yoga here and love it! They also do CrossFit. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

Absolutely LOVE Wendy's classes!! When I leave from hot yoga my body feels detoxed and refreshed!!
