This PF location is inviting because of its cleanliness, availability of working equipment and a friendly staff. Special acknowledgment however goes out to Trenda and Elise for their ability to consistently display a warm, welcoming and friendly disposition.

This PF is very nice and well kept. The machines are newer than any other PF that I have visited. The crowd level is higher at this PF than my regular location. All equipment was functioning and none were out of order. The grouping of the machines were done thoughtfully.

Great staff. Very friendly. The best planet fitness we've been to. Wide selection of equipment for the most part. Sometimes it gets very busy which can be frustrating when the equipment is being hogged by people playing on their phones. I like to get in, get a good workout in, and get out! The air conditioning is a nice touch since I've been used to working out in a garage

Planet fitness in Madison al is a fine place to exercise. They have all new gym equipment. Very convenient hours of operation. Still low prices, no increase yet!

I have frequented many Planet Fitness, but this week was my first time at the Madison, AL, location. I have to say, nice gym. The gym is huge, with what feels like a separate room just for leg day machines, ab machines, and some stair steppers. The staff was super friendly, too, and the facilities felt clean and tidy. My only complaint is that their stair steppers aren't the newer updated units, but that's a minor gripe, as I know stair steppers aren't for everyone.

The staff members are always so helpful and nice. The tanning beds and equipment is always clean.

The facilities were clean and the front desk clerks were always helpful. Only reason I canceled my membership was the reduced hours.

Great place to workout, seems to always be less crowded than most places, which is what I appreciate. Equipment is good. Nice and clean.

I recently joined Planet Fitness at the recommendation of my son and have been very pleased. I visit more than my home gym on a regular basis and have experienced consistent quality at each PF facility. The facility overall is very clean and well maintained, including machines and bathrooms. The front desk personnel are friendly and acknowledge me upon arrival. Apparently it's in the training because their treatment of members is the same at each facility I visit; professional and approachable. Thanks for the great experience and don't get slack like most public gyms over time.

Great facility and SUPER HELPFUL STAFF! Cam, Brett, and Aria were great while I was there. I can go to military gyms for free, however $5.00 day pass is well worth it. Thanks again.

I really like this location. I enjoy visiting this location when I’m in town. There is plenty of room to do floor routines. And tons of equipment that is all well-kept. The general crowd is really cool too. It has a welcoming vibe and I would recommend it to both novice and advanced training.

Very clean, friendly staff, more than enough equipment to use whatever you want anytime. Oh and did I mention the extra perks!!

Awesome equipment and very well maintained. Comfortable atmosphere. The gym is always very clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Black Card amenities are worth the upgrade.
I had one small issue once and The GM handled it with amazing grace and care for his customers. I don't usually leave reviews, however, I thought people should know. Definitely recommend. :-)

Finally joined. Was trying to do workouts for free at work… the free gym sucks. Just had to come to grips with it. Bit the bullet. Glad I did.

One of the better facilities I have visited nationwide. Trenda was great...usually early mornings staff is less than happy to be there...
Trenda is a big exception. She was really fantastic

Great staff, clean facility, 24 hour access, easy process to check in, new bulbs in tanning beds and overall a nice place to be!!

The personal trainer Eric was very attentive to detail and safe exercise routines to improve my golf game. The staff is friendly and I especially like the hydro massage units. As a former Golden glove boxer and wrestler I wish heavy bags speed bags and a workout mat would be installed.
