McDonald's

We stopped here traveling so my son could play in the play area. The restroom, play area and store in general were very clean and could tell it has been maintained. All of our food was hot & fresh. The wait was short. The store manager (I believe she said her name was Andrea), cashier (Latorian) and the rest of the staff were beyond delightful. Our experience overall was a 10/10.

Everything would of been 5 stars but they forgot my fries in my happy meal for my child and thats all i order ..i tried to call but no answer

My medium fries in the drive through , were so hot, great not to much salt, not too many ends and simply good and ready quickly too

Delicious!!! Ordered from Doordash and this meal was the best fast food breakfast I've ever had!! I selected extra stuff on the app.

I have gone several times in the last few weeks for lunch and have always gotten through the drive through from entrance to exit in under 5 minutes. Never had an issue with my order and the servers are polite. Faster than half of the Chickfilas I have gone to so I would definitely recommend this branch.

Excellent morning staff!!! Always gets my coffee right!! Very nice, down to earth people who truly do offer that southern charm and are always pleasant and more than willing to put their customers first!!! 5 stars, easily!!!

Night shift however, needs training...
they don't have very good customer service skills and are always fooling around instead of doing what needs to be done to run this business... also they always seem exhausted...

You like each experience of every food group.

Even though they were slammed with dozens of drive-through customers, the servers inside were efficient, polite, and helpful. My order was quickly and correctly filled. Additionally, even though they were exceptionally busy, the store was clean and neat.

Always fresh and fairly quick as well. And if you don’t have the app, please get it! It gives you tons of deals and free food too.

Service was great, everyone was friendly and full of smiles, even at almost 2am!
Food was fresh and HOT, unlike most McDonald's where the food is just lukewarm. We ordered the Big Mac deal, the French fries 🍟 were cooked PERFECT! not all hard and crunchy. The Big Mac's 🍔 were also perfectly fixed and the McNuggets were also perfect, kudos to the cooks! This will be our "go to " McDonald's from now on when we are in Montgomery, AL.

It's 1:00am I wanted anything but McDonald's but they was all that was open to my surprise it was on point well with the wait fries was hot my difficult double cheeseburger no pickles add Mac sauce and shredded lettuce was hot correct they young man in drive thru service was on point best Mickey's Ds I ate in a long time

I ate here today it was freshly well done cooked and hot I have no complaints about this restaurant I will most definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone I will be back here to eat again. 🙏🏽🤞🏽👌💪🏻🙌🏽👍👏☝🏾🤗

Overall Change is good... feels like sit down restaurant when your inside, asking if you need anything and the help and service is far better than what I'd expect from the use2 be McDonald's... I almost felt incline to leave a tip...

Nice clean restaurant. They have exceptional customer service, friendly staff, and great environment. The food is fresh and hot to order.

Best MCDs in the area. Fries always perfect, minimal wait. I just might try my luck and ask for ice cream
