I am so thankful that i choose this company for my home renovation project. My bathrooms, kitchen, and basement has been restored to its natural beauty. The staff are friendly, give good material advice, and complete all installation in a timely manner.

We highly recommend Flooring of Springfield. Two years ago, after going all over town and being unable to find what we wanted for several flooring projects, we stopped in to the store. We met Jagdish and he quickly ascertained our needs and made great recommendations. We love the hardwood flooring and carpeting he recommended. We were so pleased that, when we wanted to replace the flooring in another room this year, we again returned to Flooring of Springfield and Jagdish. Once again, he helped us to determine they type of flooring needed. Service and quality are outstanding. This will always be our first stop for flooring needs!

Great service and highly recommended. Shopped around without success then found Flooring of Springfield. Jagdish and Michael are extremely knowledgable and friendly.
They arranged installation by a great crew and work was finished in time for a Thanksgiving crowd. Everyone commented favorably on the new look making us doubly sure we’d made the right choice.

Best buying experience in Springfield! Everything went smoothly and floors look great.

Floor is gorgeous. Make sure you keep track of the installer John & labor time. Left for “more supplies”, taking a smoke break, new glue supplier being garbage, etc. But like I said, the floors are beautiful.

Just got done meeting with the representative from Flooring of Springfield to inquire about additional work. We wanted to add on similar plank vinyl flooring that they installed in the kitchen to the family room and master bedroom. But first we wanted to let them know we have had some problems with the old flooring (4-years old) they installed beginning to detach from the subfloor and were trying to find out if the new flooring and installation process would address these concerns. The representative became very agitated and condescending because of our questioning and we were no longer able to carry on a meaningful conversation. We have decided to go elsewhere for our flooring needs. Very unprofessional!
