We traveled to alpine Texas for work appt that was expected to only last a day. This was my brothers RV he just had repaired. Dan assured us that he could make it mobile, so we could get it back to my brothers mechanic who originally did the repair. While having some trouble the night we arrived. We called Dan and Angel and they didn’t hesitate to come help. Even offered to take us all the way to Fort Stockton just to be more accommodating! Terrific group of guys. I would recommend anyone to go see them. Thank you Dan and Angel so much for everything you’ve done to get us back to our families!

We lost power on the coldest night this fall. Had someone who does some work on RVs come take a look at it. He diagnosed it as something and tore our cabinet apart as gently as he could. Removed the converter ( I think that is correct) and my wife was heading to Odessa, when I called Dan, I told him my wife was bringing the part and I was wondering if he had one. He took the part, checked it and said there was nothing wrong with the part. He had a cancellation and he sent Angel over and within 1 hours replaced the part that needed replaced and replaced the part that didn't need replacing. Have used them before and will continue to use them as needed. THANKS 👍

Big Bend Mobile RV Service has saved me twice now. Angel is very knowledgeable about RV maintenance and care. Both times (about 10 months apart) it was he who came to help and both times he showed me everything he was doing and educated me on the finer points of RV care. And he fixed the problems with superb quality workmanship. Please give Angel a raise.

Our trip was starting off bad because we were experiencing RV troubles. I called and Dan was great! He called to see where his mobile tech was and how soon he could get to us in Fort Stockton. He sent Angel (truly our angel) our way—only 1.5 hrs later. Angel listens to our issues and found loose connections immediately! He also found that we needed more hydraulic fluid in our unit. He got us up and going back on the road!! So thankful for their services!!! I will definitely add them to my contacts just in case we are back in the area with trouble again!!!

Amazing service! We were stranded in the middle of the desert, and they made the 2hr drive to help us. They replaced old parts with new ones, just because they saw they were on the fence. Our helper knew his way around a camper, and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Dan and the Big Bend RV Service Team (shoutout to Angel too!). I rolled into Big Bend NP on a 90 degree evening only to find a broken A/C motor on my Airstream. Dan was quick and easy to communicate with and had me in the shop the next morning. RV Tech Angel was easily able to identify and repair the issue. Very fair and reasonable rates. I feel so lucky to have found them! I wish they were in DFW too!

We have a fairly old 5th wheel and have been using it on the road for several years now. Normally, we can deal with whatever problems arise, however this time I needed some guidance, so I called Dan the man at Big Bend RV.

I explained that we were having a problem with our galley sink being clogged and unable to unclog it. Dan immediately knew what the problem was and recommended a "backwash adapter". He said that it is a very common problem and this adapter seems to solve the problem and explained how it is used.

Presently I am in Sanderson, TX and had to make the 80 mile run one way to Alpine to get this part. Cheap enough at just under $60 bucks.

When I got there someone else was waiting and said that Dan wasn't there, he was at lunch. Dan knew to expect me in about 90 minutes, but he was late getting back. When he did arrive, we did business and I picked up a few other parts as well. Some were a little more spendy than I would have liked, but Dan's help made up for that.

My only suggestion would be that when Dan goes to lunch, leave a note on the door letting those of us looking to do business know what the deal is. Makes life so much easier, especially when you are having to wait outside in over 100 degree heat.

Thanks for your help Dan, it is greatly appreciated!

Dan is very knowledgeable & though. We could not have planned for a better person to repair our camper problem. We are 700 miles from home.

I would happily give the owner 10 stars! Absolutely amazing repair ability and service. We've traveled all over the country and used many RV repair services. Never have we ever had such quality repairs. My husband is excellent with mechanics and electrical work, and he was completely impressed. My recommendation is to call Big Bend RV Repair if you are within 200 miles of Alpine, Fort Stockton, Midland, Odessa, or Big Bend National Park. This place knows motor homes and RV's backward and forward. Plus, the technician was super polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. This type of quality is very hard to find and we are blessed to have found it. The technician clearly loves his career. Impressive in every way.

We broke a leaf spring on our trailer on a Saturday morning and limped in to Big Bend RV. Owner Dan was there, he had the springs in his warehouse, and he set aside what he was doing and replaced them for us. It was a big job, and he really saved our bacon! Dan is an honorable and skilled mechanic and we are so grateful for his kind help. He gets our highest recommendation.

We had a sensor issue with our secondary grey water tank that indicated a possible valve issue. We were camped in Study Butte, TX and stopped in on our way North. Angle (rv tech) worked us in, determined that the valve was good and we were on our way. He could have sold me a new valve but only charged me for the labor. Great job, outstanding customer care and not like many who would gouge on the price! Definitely would use this service anytime we were in their area!

We had an electrical issue on board our motorhome when heading towards Big Bend. These folks came to our rescue. When I called them they got us right in, found the problem in about an hour we were on our way.
Polite, professional, very knowledgeable and most of all fair with pricing.
I would highly recommend these folks.
Thanks Angel for getting us going so quickly and good advice to boot.

Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient repairs on our motor home macerating toilet! While here, I asked if they could come back and take a look at another issue. They went ahead and looked, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed that, too! We had been waiting for a mobile repair service in Fort Worth for 3 months to come out and look at that issue. So, we really appreciated them taking the time to repair it. We highly recommend this company!

Dan Carrier, the owner and repairman, was wonderful to us. We came with no appointment as we were traveling. He serviced our air conditioner and assured us it was functioning properly. He replaced a faulty propane regulator. Throughout, he patiently explained the issues at hand. We learned a lot in the process. Good man and we recommend him highly.

Wow! Talk about a "can-do" attitude! We had a busted axle hanger, resulting in a blowout and two worthless tires. Dan and Josh came to our location (where we spent the night beside I-10 west of Fort Stockton, on a feeder road). There were there by 10am (he had been out on a call til midnight the prior evening.) Dan has an entire network of folks to help him. Other than waiting on the welder and me running to town to get the tires mounted and balanced, it was an extremely well-done and fast job. If you're in this area, needing some TRUE mobile tech, Big Bend RV is THE place to call. I was amazed. He made sure we had all the details needed for an insurance claim, too. In fact, they'll be coming out this week, on site at the RV park we were on our way to, to finish the minor repairs we need handled, too. 5 stars, y'all!

Dan, the owner and his sidekick, Wayne literally saved the day and our RV adventure, coming to our rescue when our RV's leaf springs failed. Not just one or two but all four. The situation was mission critical as the failure had allowed the axles to drop, causing the tires to actually rub into each other. We limped into the Lost Alaska RV park in Alpine, Texas where Olivia found Big Bend RV Services and Supplies. Dan and Wayne came to our site and spent a good time reviewing and documenting the damage to determine what was needed to get us back on the road.
Now here is where we separate the phonies from the real thing.
The OEM for the ruined leaf springs was no longer in business and the span from spring to attachment was not conventional. Dan had a top quality set of leaf springs that he wanted to use to insure performance and long life. So he called out a welder friend who cut off the existing connectors and welded new connectors to fit the span for the new and improved leaf springs. They then set to work to finish the job which they completed, on site, in two days. And it was perfect. Dan called while we were on the road home to Rockwall, Texas to see how it was going. And I was more than happy to report all was well. I am certain that had there been a problem, he and Wayne would have jumped into their truck and headed our way.
Oh, and by the way, during all of this they found the time to replace a leaking faucet in our main kitchen sink. We go back to Alpine in July and we are going to have him repack all of the wheel bearings. It has never been done and Dan is the first to even ask. five stars does not seem adequate.

Wow, I wish I could give 11 stars to these guys. Highly recommend! We had some bearings wear out on 67 between Alpine and Marfa. We called Dan in the evening and he got there same day...after hours! He diagnosed the problem within minutes and recommended a place for us to stay the night. He sourced the all parts within a day and had us fixed up the following day. I’ve never experienced better service from an RV outfit. Thanks for getting us back on the road!

I wish my RV was actually broken because I’d have wanted Dan to work on it for me. Called today while having electrical problems at Big Bend. Dan took 20 minutes out of his day to brainstorm with me and gave a solution that didn’t have anything to do with him providing a service or billing me. Just gave me advice and when I tried to pay him for his time he wouldn’t accept. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. Also trustworthy. Will definitely have Dan in speed dial for future work on my rv.

Deliver more than you pay for. Can do service. They came from Alpine to fix a heater and then address a stove problem in Fort Davis. Knowledgeable, friendly, affordable, and experienced. Highly recommend...back in February 2 times. Appreciated Dan's emergency repairs. He had the parts, the skills, and a can do approach.

Big Bend RV Repair saves our summer vacation! Three days into our 40 day rv trip we were stranded on the side of the highway, no cell service and unable to move the travel trailer. We drove into Alpine and called Dan. He returned my cell in less than 30 minutes and he was on his way to our RV, he managed to get us road worthy so we could drive into Alpine where he met up with us and finished making sure we were all fixed up. He was kind and professional, and his prices were extremely fair for emergency and after hour service!
