Call and ask for a home owners policy quote with the same deductibles and coverages. We quoted an amount and also received an email detailing the policy. We really liked the convenience of the process. We examine the policy quote and called the office to accept the quote and purchase the policy. Thanks for making this so easy and convenient.

This year has been very difficult for me as far as auto repairs. I have had to file three claims for damages to my vehicles with this agency and each time they have been most happy to help me. Gloria Hernandez was kind,Great customer services , very professional, very helpful. It only took me 10 minutes to add a vehicle to my existing policy. All state has the best rates in town that I know of.

I love Allstate, and I LOVE this office. The whole team is fantastic! They are really your neighborhood insurance office. They are friendly and approachable. I always feel like friends and family when I go by. You can tell that they love who and where they work. I like having an office to go to and people to relate to rather than a 1-800 number, and not knowing who I am talking to. I have never had an insurance rewards program quiet like this! You can earn points for good driving and use them to save money or make various purchases or coupons from the app. The first month I saved $36! I also like that I can pull up my last drive and see how well I did I or where I can improve. I recently had to use the roadside assistance for a tow because I had a flat tire on 410 in San Antonio with all my kids in the car. The quickly picked me up and took me to discount tire. Gilbert was the nicest towing expert I have had. You could tell that he too also loved his job, and said he hasn’t worked in 16 years. I will forever and always be an Alstate customer. And come on, the commercials are hilarious! Thank you!

Needed to update my information with a change of address for my policies. The Allstate app never responded, but after a quick call everything was made right. Car insurance went up a bit and Gloria was a great help explaining why. A+ service and support from the Mericle Agency!
