They are so friendly and professional at this location!! I was there to ship 20, 50lbs boxes and Jonathan, Sarah ,and another girl whose name I can’t remember, went out of their way to help me carry them without even asking them. 100% recommended

Best UPS team ever! It’s busy and bustling at 6pm at times, but even when busy these amazing peps take care of you!!! this group is kind, patient and helpful! Coming from a daily customer! Help them out and have your Amazon return stuff ready to go or do a little research on the process before you arrive, will save all of us time!

Not being from the area I needed to print some documents and this store was nearby. The employees were great! Fast and efficient service. When I walked in, the line was out the door and everyone was quickly taken care of. Pleasure to deal with such good people!

Nakita helped me with my amazon returns when I came underprepared. She was fast and efficient and had the solution for me! Every time I come here the staff is friendly and efficient and not rushing you. Everyone is so friendly!

Mia was very very helpful in helping navigate an Amazon return! She was very patient and thoughtful. Another agent also stepped in to help and she was helpful as well! The service at this UPS location is exceptional!

Omg this store is amazing. First off let's start with Stacy, I believe that all company's should have a great supervisor like her. Brittany is hilarious and helps me everything I come in. Ora is a ball of fun and always move the line right along. Jon Jon is great at helping with heavy packages and I was told that he is about to ship off to SERVE OUR COUNTRY.... best of luck buddy!! Tree is always working g hard with a smile on his face and never complains. Ed makes sure my packages are PERFECT and in order. The owner Jason comes out and help his employees when things get hectic, that's what a LEADER does!!!

Jhonathan at this location was extremely helpful and attentive to my package inquired and delivery needs. He’s always super willing to help and make sure your items are shipped with care and he helped reassure that my items would be delivered safely.

Quiet, clean, customer service is good, usually have a short wait in line before they can get to you, but usually not more than 6-8 minutes.

I wish their would be Jonathan at every store I go to , Jonathan customer service was outstanding ,he was extremely patient , friendly and attentive is customer service is top notch . Even though the store was busy he still took is time with me and my daughter .This is will be my forever location. Thank you

Recently visited and workers were very professional I was helped by Jonathan who was very attentive and answered any questions and concerns I had and made everything really easy I took less than 5 minutes to get everything done this was very good for me since I was on a time schedule.

Fantastic service! We needed their assistance in packing and shipping electronic items, and they were "there for us" every step of the way! All our employee had to do was bring the equipment to the store and they took it from there! Definitely "concierge level service" that went above and beyond! An extra shout out to Stacy for walking us through the process!
