Cathy was great! She was concerned about my situation, was clear on explaining what my insurance was going to cover, answered any/all questions that I had, and I would definitely recommend State Farm but more so, to speak with Cathy because due to her customer service I chose State Farm.

We purchased a new vehicle in October 2023 our coverage was with an another State Farm Agent. We had two cars on our insurance policy and now we added a third. In December our policy was still incorrect on what vehicles should be on the Declaration Page. We were ready to seek other insurance companies. At the end of December we received a letter that in January we would have a new agent, Nathan Obregon. Within the month he had our policy corrected, I really appreciate his quick and professional attitude.

When we were declined by so many other agencies or quoted high rates, we were very pleased to talk to an actual person who listened and gave us multiple reasonable quotes. We were able to choose what worked best for us and the process was extremely easy, quick and stress free. Very friendly, kind and faithful people who do what they say they’ll do.
