Alex Hartman - State Farm Insurance Agent

My family has been using State Farm for over 40 years and I began using them for our business about three years ago. One of the most important qualities that I look for when selecting a company is a prompt response. Lately, I’ve been working with Christy on some last minute dealings and she has been very quick to respond to my questions and needs. I place my trust in Alex Hartman’s staff and highly recommend them.

Myself and several members of my family have been dealing with Alex since 2005. He has personally gone above and beyond for myself in the past. I came in to see about switching agencies and spoke to Christy about my policy. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in bringing down my premium while still providing all the protection I needed. She was very friendly and made the process very easy and I would definitely recommend her.

We've been with State Farm since 1999 and have always received outstanding. He's an amazing agent and truly cares about his clients. Last year, I had a water leak at my home and at the same time I had to go out of town due to a death in my family. Alex filed the claim for me and got the ball rolling without hesitation! His office staff is always willing to go the extra mile to assist. They have provided us with so much valuable information over the years. I have friends who ask who we have insurance with and why we don't change to a different company. My answer to them is simple, when I call the office I get to talk to someone who cares about my concerns and actually helps me! Alex took the time to make sure my policy was the best policy for me. He explained things in easy to understand terms and made recommendations based on my needs. As someone who is new to the area, having an agent that has my best interests in mind, is a great comfort. Especially when it comes to something as important as your car/life/renters insurance!

Our family has been using Alex Hartman (St.Farm Agent) for about 6 years now. Thankfully, we have never had any large claims, but he is always available to answer questions and keep us up to date with our policies and coverage. Unbeatable service, pricing & coverage!

Christy Lerma @ Alex Hartman’s State Farm agency is the best. I had gotten quotes from every big name insurance company for my home & the premiums were outrageous and the coverage’s were mediocre at best. Christy gave me the lowest premium with the right coverages to meet my needs, not to mention the very low deductibles! We DID have to file a claim (homeowner’s Insurance) and the process was smooth and very quick. I highly recommend them!

Alex is super helpful!! He assisted me in switching both my auto and home insurance. He made it super easy by contacting my mortgage company for me. We did most of our communicating via email to help navigate my crazy schedule. Thank you so much Alex!!
