I absolutely LOVE Mrs. Dollie & her entire staff! They are so caring, helpful and just genuinely supportive people! I drive all the way to Pearland just to receive their great customer care & will continue to do so!

First time using Royal Pharmacy was a real treat! Recently moved to Pearland and wanted a change from the "big box" pharmacy empires. My wife began using them and said their service was great so I gave them a shot!

Had my new local doctor send prescriptions there and in less than 25 minutes they had me set up and my scripts filled! They even offer local delivery (my wife was pleasantly surprised with hers).

Will certainly continue to support this small local business, much better than just being a statistic at the bigger places!

This pharmacy is the best to go to if u want to be treated with care the owner and Nancy will take care of all your needs my parents have been going there for years and will continue to do so …always on pint with medicine and refills always ready to help and they even do deliveries in the vicinity of their place !

I would highly recommend Royal Pharmacy for your pharmacy needs. Dolly the owner is very welcoming and helpful. I needed a special medicine for my daughter for overseas travel that was not available in most of the pharmacies, her pharmacy was able to fill it up in no time. She also shared suggestions of substitutes when I was concerned with the form of the medicine along with other helpful product to render the medicine. She is very responsive and professional. So glad to have this gem of a pharmacy in the neighborhood!

I was looking for a specialty medication that most pharmacies couldn’t fill. I tried Royal Pharmacy and their customer service was amazing! All of the staff were super helpful and the pharmacist, who insisted on being called Dolly instead of doctor, was the sweetest, most helpful pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. She called and talked to my doctor about my prescription and really took the time to understand. She also offered to fill the prescription in just 30 minutes and to stay after closing so I could pick up my medicine the same day. After this experience, I’ll be going to Royal Pharmacy for all of my prescription needs.

Dolly is the sweetest,kindest and yet very professional person. She knows you by name and always goes the extra mile for you. Her staff is very kind as well. I felt like I knew her all my life. I love this pharmacy and am so very glad I changed from HEB. Always new people never knowing you really. I wouldn't trade Royal Pharmacy for all the other Pharmacies around.

Dolly is the absolute BEST pharmacist I have ever had… and I’ve been going to pharmacies since I was 13 years old! She & Nancy always go above and beyond to get the best prices on medications and they are a huge support system. LOVE this pharmacy and LOVE them! ❤

Dolly knows you by name, goes the extra mile every time, and is so personable. We will never go to another major retail pharmacy again. We found out about her from my parents who, when comparing prescription prices, found out that she was far less expensive. She will deliver prescriptions to your door if necessary, she's local, and truly cares about her customers. She does more in 5 minutes than all persons in a regular pharmacy do, combined. I never knew about independent pharmacists until Dolly, and I'm so grateful that she is ours.

If you like a personal touch, low prices, friendly people and always a short to no wait, then this place is for you!! Dolly is very knowledgeable and is always trying to save me money. She lets me know if there are other brands or types of medicines that will lower my cost or give me more volume. They call me when my prescription is ready and usually, its very quick. This must have been what it was like before the big box places. Give them a try.

Dolly and her staff are absolutely wonderful. This is a family owned business, and they treat you like you're family. I would recommend this pharmacy over and over any of the other big box stores. I tell everyone I know about them!!!! Best pharmacy EVER!!!!

Highly recommend!! The staff is great and friendly. Ive never had a long wait here. I transferred here from the god awful walgreens on shadow creek. Thank goodness they were in network.

Had heard such great things about this pharmacy and have been meaning to switch for a while, just kept putting it on the back burner. I finally had enough of one of the major chains and called Royal. What a breath of fresh air! Now I regret not having moved years ago. Super personable. It’s like they’ve known you for years even though you’ve just met. Give them your business, you won’t be sorry you did!

I live 15 minutes away from Royal Pharmacy verses 2 min away from CVS and Walgreens. It's worth going to Royal Pharmacy. Ms. Dolly is so nice and friendly. She talks to you like she have known you for so long! She is a very humble person and worth the 15 min drive! 5 Stars all the way!

Just discovered this place after waiting in line for 30 minutes at a big box corner pharmacy. This place is everything a pharmacy should be: Reliable, efficient, will call your doctor, no excuses, no lines and friendly. They are the gold standard. Dolly and her staff are top rate. Wish all stores could be like this. No big chain retail pharmacies ever again.

Will be back this was my first time there and they were so courteous and most of all quick you know Walgreens makes you wait 30 mins or hours maybe but this has been the best pharmacy I’ve been too in and out in under 10 mins. This will be my pharmacy from now on.

I would give Royal Pharmacy 5 million stars if I could!

Last week I was urgently looking for a new pharmacy (long story), and wanted to avoid one in a big store. (I honestly didn't know there was such a thing as smaller, individually owned pharmacies until I did a Google search.)

I was really hoping I could find a place where they would get to know me and recognize the fact that I get the same medications EVERY MONTH, which never happened at our previous grocery store pharmacy, in spite of having our 4 monthly prescriptions filled there EVERY MONTH for several years, and which caused frustrating problems for us pretty much EVERY MONTH.

I called Royal Pharmacy and they helped me find a tricky medication that the other small pharmacies I called couldn't (or wouldn't) get. (I needed it asap because our previous grocery store pharmacy had screwed it up AGAIN and left me scrambling to try to find it before my son ran out in a couple of days.)

Although they found it and filled the order right away (whew!), they unfortunately wouldn't be able to get it every month. So they saved the day this time (yay, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!), but I was back to square one with finding a regular pharmacy.

Then when I went to pick up the medication I was amazed to hear that they had found a place they could partner with to get the monthly medication for me! I couldn't believe it. They went out of their way to not only help me when I was in a bind, but to find a way to help me every month going forward, which included establishing a partnership with this new resource just for me. Holy cow! Who does that?!?

They also accept our insurance and took care of contacting our previous pharmacy to get the prescriptions transferred over, so I didn't have to do a thing.

On top of all of that, they will be able to deliver our prescriptions every month! They went above and beyond everything I was hoping for in a new pharmacy.

We will be customers with Royal Pharmacy forever!!!

My husband had a medical emergency during hurricane Harvey and needed 2 prescriptions filled. CVS and Walgreens were closed, but thankfully the staff at Royal Pharmacy made it to work in high water and were filling prescriptions! Even though we had never filled a prescription at Royal Pharmacy before they were super friendly and very helpful. I am extremely glad they were open and will use them for prescription needs in the future! Thank you Royal Pharmacy!!

Mrs. Shital Patel has been a blessing in terms of looking up my insurance. I've been with BCBS for past 14 years and apparently BCBS has been changing the pharmacy tie ups and we never kept a record whenever I had to go for prescription fillup when my kid was sick. I've to be stuck up on the phone for a hour to figure out the new vendors with whom I'm tied up now for BCBS as CVS have never pre-actively looked up my coverage details. It was pain and brought the amoxicillin out of pockets like $80 almost from past 5 years.: I was surprised when I got a call from Miss.shital patel my stuff is ready for pickup before even reaching home.. I'm not gone go back to CVS again... Amazing customer service who went above and beyond to get my info without me calling...
