Sarah C. Payne, DDS

Dr. Payne has been helping me with a mild dental emergency for a few months now and she has been extremely caring and capable throughout the situation. I do get the voicemail on call, but I also get a prompt call back every time after leaving a message which is perfect. I only wish I'd started seeing her sooner before my teeth had gotten to their current state, but I am so happy to have her working with me now.

I have been seeing Dr. Payne for several years and always have a great experience. She also sees my son and he loves coming to the dentist. She is very patient, friendly and honest. Her front desk is always so sweet and friendly. We love coming to see Dr. Payne!!

I love Dr. Payne. She is caring, gentle as possible, friendly and pleasant. Her office atmosphere is very laid-back and calming. And Sally, her receptionist, is very friendly also and great with appointment reminders.

I was referred to Dr Sarah Payne by a personal friend some time ago, and have never looked back. From day one, my wife and I have enjoyed the most extraordinary customer service possible during every visit. Yes she is extremely business handling an enormous patient workload everyday, but she and her great staff always find a way to show each patient the attention they deserve.

When walking in to visit Dr. Payne, I am always personally greeted with warmth, compassion and professionalism. I get in on time and my schedule is respected! I never wait and I always feel more like family than just a patient. I will not go anywhere else! Definitely 5 stars in my book with two thumbs up to boot! If you are are impatient, cranky and rude and enjoy that about yourself, you may not want to stop in because the sunshine in that office will make your day!

Dr. Sarah is perhaps the most gentle, caring and compassionate dentist I have ever had in my 76 years. She is professional and takes tremendous amount of time to make sure all is correct. I am thankful to have been referred to her. Dr. Fred J. Hansen

I was a walk-in with a small emergency, and I expected to make an appointment or possibly to be seen later that day. Instead I was taken right in almost immediately! My problem was addressed and taken care of rapidly by some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The gentle care and treatment by everyone was a wonderful way to end the year!

They are very friendly and was able to get me in very quickly. I just found my new dentist. Very happy with her.

I love Dr Payne, but I have called several times over the last month and it always goes to voicemail. I have left a message every time and no one has called me back.

I wonder if they're out of business? Or maybe their phone system doesn't work. I've left voice messages four times over the past several months, never received a call back.

Office is closed but still has an answering machine to leave messages!

Gave my significant other wrong color tooth. When he called the office about it he was told that he would have to pay full price again. What a wonderful way to treat someone who serves our country!!!!
