Great food, great service. I always get it to go and the bartendresses, I forget her names, both of them are very, very good. Thorough, always on time and very friendly.

Great Mexican restaurant here in Texarkana! I'd say the prices are decently priced and they also have a children's menu which is great. Our server was very friendly and the place was comfortable and not too rowdy. They also have a bar available and great complimentaries. A great stop for some food!

I had lunch here this past week, excellent service. I was seated pretty quickly. Portion sizes were extra large and the price was more than fair. Would recommend this place.

Rich flavors and fresh Mexican food. We had a little glitch at first but the manager made-up good for it. We would like to return again for the good taste and friendly service.

My wife and I have been fans of El Chico for many years. They have recently made some changes, our last experience was very good! El Chico has been one of our favorites since we were newly weds in Little Rock 43 years ago!

This place is trucker friendly and the service and staff are AMAZING!!!! Especially CHELSEA DOMINY!!!! She rocks as a manager. She was very determined to help a trucker get some good food and the cooks did not disappoint!!!

Enjoyed this for lunch. The food was good the atmosphere was relaxed. The server, Cynthia, was very friendly and efficient.

Of course I ordered Enchiladas, and I look forward to another visit so I can try more!

If you like Tex Mex, this is the place to go in Texarkana. The atmosphere and traditional decor is right on and the chili con carne and refried beans have a true Tex Mex taste!

We had an AMAZING experience at El Chicos today! Brian was an immaculate server, truly amazing, every request we had was immediately taken care of. We will be coming back and requesting Brian in the future!!!

It's been a long time since I stopped in here, and since then they've changed to making their flour tortillas fresh. The first order is free and then additional orders cost extra. Our server told us all were free, but as she brought out our second order explained that she was incorrect, and was kind enough to let us have that order for free since she had told us that was the case. Food was fairly good, ground beef was a bit too greasy and the shredded chicken was a tiny bit dry, but it was 3 in the afternoon on a Sunday so I didn't expect the food to be absolute top tier anywhere. Overall it was a great experience, and I do plan to return!

Taco Tuesday. Great value and delicious carnitas tacos and chicken fajita tacos. Happy hour half price Margaritas is an extra bonus.

The food was amazing. The service was very good. Kept our drinks fresh, very friendly. Will definitely be my go-to for TexMex.

After a 5-hour drive, my family and I were starving and tired. After pulling into this location we were greeted by a friendly hostess. Our server, Russ, was amazing. They were obviously low staffed for the evening, but Russ was on top of all of his tables and, although rushed, he took the time to speak and joke with us. Our family has a strong sense of humor. At one point Russ joked that the brandy butter sauce on the brownie dessert would even taste great on a napkin. This hit home. When he returned to check on us, I had ripped off a part of my napkin and joked that he was right, it did taste good. This brought a round of laughter from all including him. Thanks for everything, Russ!

Great staff and wonderful food. Ordered a 2 for twenty and 3 people ate with leftovers and even adding takeout chips and salsa and a small guacamole the bill was still under 40 for all of that. Wheelchair accessible and everything looked clean, I will be back

Had Lonnie as a server and he was amazing! Unlike anything I've experienced in recent years. He was so nice AND THOROUGH, made me feel like I was at a 5-star restaurant paying $1,000 for my meal. Food and pricing there was reasonable, no complaints there, but it was Lonnie who made the experience wonderful. If you eat there ask for him!

Taco Tuesday is lit 2 dollar tacos, 2 dollar beans and rice and 2 dollar draft beer. Can't beat it. The carnita tacos slap. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing!.! Waiter was wonderful. Don't miss having the guacamole made at your table. Chimis were good.. salad Ok. Dessert, get the apple pie with burbon butter. Easy off the highway too.
